Mobile Kangaroo - Apple Authorized Service Provider

This place was great! The technician, Oliver, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and what my phone needed. Not only did Oliver fix my phone, he did it quickly and way cheaper than the Apple Store. The other plus about this place was the Apple Store only had appointments days out, this place got me in the same day and fixed my phone in one day. Highly recommended but I hope to keep this place my secret for any future phone, tablet, or computer fixes.

We went in exactly 8 days ago last Monday. We were happy to get our iPhone back glass repaired. We were told apple would take longer than the 3 days it would take him to get the part and do the repair. We gave a 20.00 deposit. On the fourth day we called and left VM no answer. Every week day until the 7th Day. Today we came to Apple on Nobhill. They tell us it can’t be repaired because the frame is broken. They swap out for a new phone in 10 minutes with an appointment. They looked up his claim with apple care and he canceled are claim and never called us back. Very unprofessional. Doesn’t touch base. Ripped us off for 20.00 literally. I can’t begin to highlight the fact that this place can’t be trusted. Does not recommend.

My MacBook Air stopped working completely one morning and my AppleCare had just expired. I was afraid I was going to have to buy an entire new laptop, but Oliver was able to get it in quickly, get the part ordered and the laptop was back to me the same week! Easy experience, great communication, would recommend to all!

Even though when it was all said and done Kangaroo wasn't able to fix our 6 year old Mac (dead hard drive and logic board) it was not for lack of trying. Oliver kept us posted about the challenges the machine posed and worked like crazy to overcome them. With his support we eventually came to the realization that it was just more cost effective to bail and get a new computer, and thanks to their refund policy it made financial sense as well. If we ever have Apple-related issues in the future I would definitely go back to Kangaroo.

Great experience! Called at 12:30pm and got in at 2pm and picked up my phone at 4pm! Got a new battery and my phone is like new! Oliver was super nice and I really appreciated him taking care of me so quickly!

My son has a PS5 that kept shutting off during play and I did everything I could to try and solve the problem on my own with no success. So I ended up taking it in to Oliver and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue with a quick turnaround. I would definitely use them again.

I was really fortunate to fine Mobile Kangaroo.. The young man that replaced my older ipad battery brought it back around, sharing a few ideas on how to keep it "young"! Thank you for lending me a helping hand and im planning to return to take in another for cleaning and discontinuing unnecessary stuff. I highly recommend and with confidence say "you chose the right place to go for help". You’re on the right track.
