NAPA Auto Parts

They do not honor their warranty bad customer service. Will not purchase from NAPA auto parts store again.

This store still earning that 5Stars! As a small shop, the ease of ordering and speed of receiving parts is key. Today 3/12/20, the building was without power, no phones nothing. The entire staff was able to pull a list of parts in the dark so we could keep work moving at the shop. What they didn't have they ordered from their warehouse using personal phones! The entire team there is amazing.

I called the shop 20 mins ahead of time before coming to the store and they decided to put me on hold for 20mins then they closed the store without helping over the phone then when I got to the store they locked the door when I came up to the door and I asked them if they would just trade the parts cuz they gave me the wrong part they said no and the computer was already shutdown. Very rude to me when saying it they didn't even give me the right part to start out with. If this is how other people are treated when they buy parts here I don't know if I ever want to buy a part from them ever again and once I get the right part from them im never coming back to this location if your buying parts DON'T BUY THEM AT THIS STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE

I've almost forgotten about the Napa by my house. I figured I would start buying there and they were quick fast and had what I needed. and there's an O'Reilly's in front of them on the main Street but this little store has been there since I was a kid so I think I will patronize them as often as I can. some people I went to high school with work there

Rule customer service manager, don’t come if you want they pull you., I has a not good battery in 2023 but they didn’t want to exchange for me.

I have been here a total of four times and two where because the shop owner sent me to get a part. The people here seem like they would rather be anywhere else than at this building. The other two times were just out of desperation and I will never promote this establishment or any Napa stores. I have gone next door to O'Reilly Auto parts and have 80% better experience on their worst day. This was even during COVID times. The service and part availably was so much better that I told my shop owner if you want parts from Napa to get them yourself. He now very rarely buys anything from there unless it's something simple like hand wash since they can handle that and can bring it to the shop without having to deal going into that place.

Rude staff, literally each and everyone of them is rude. Lack of knowledge. They thru a fit because all my parts where special order. Wrong valve gasket, wrong motor mount, wrong transmission Mount, wrong size clutch!! 1 week waisted!!! I will never return to this location!
