The entire team at NM Abatement LLC was very down to earth and yet very professional. Erik promptly answered our phone call, addressed all our concerns and was able to get us scheduled for a walk through within 48 hours. Although our project was relatively small (< 100 sqft), Clovis and Irvin went through the detail of project, explained every step of the process and completed it safely in two days while accommodating our needs. They even took some of our waste material so we didn't have to do that separately. Since remediation is usually a once in a lifetime thing, we wanted people know "NM Abatement LLC" is in good business, and can be depended on.

I'm so impressed with this company. They recently helped us out of a tight spot with an asbestos remediation project. Not only were they quick to start the job, Erik and the team were excellent communicators who patiently answered our questions throughout the process. Ramon and Edgar, the guys who performed the mitigation, were friendly and focused. Afterward, NM Abatement helped connect us with an independent evaluator who was able to certify the air quality through on-site testing. Passed with flying colors!

I am very happy with this company. They explained the mold treatment process to me at each step. They completely removed the mold in my bathroom and made it healthy again. They did not require payment until the job was done. Highly recommend. Update 6/18/25: I just had my second bathroom treated for mold. There was growth all over the ceiling and caulking around the shower. Frank Mirranda did an excellent job. After mold removal, he primed and repainted the entire bathroom. It looks amazing!

I contacted NM abatement back in February after the subfloor in my new home tested positive for asbestos. Erik was very informative, respectful and did a great job talking me off the ledge! The company i had do the initial testing was quoting an unreasonable amount, but Erik gave me all the info I needed to get everything taken care of and the prices were amazing. I highly recommend them.

They responded immediately to our search for a company to help us, jumped into work ahead of schedule (which we needed!), all were professional and skilled and most of all took the extra steps to do the job right and what we needed - not just the quick things we thought we needed. Erik was absolutely wonderful! It was a real mess and he was very thorough in removing all the contaminated materials, he was very patient and kind in dealing with me and this disaster. He came over immediately when I called him and kept working until I was satisfied with everything.
