Office Depot

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Office Depot was extremely disappointing. When I came in to send a simple fax, the employee at the front desk acted as though I was inconveniencing him just by asking for help. After finally sending my fax, he walked away and left me standing there for about ten minutes, unable to pay for the service. When I asked another employee with blue hair how to pay, he seemed annoyed as well—he rolled his eyes, sang to himself, and told me to "stand in line" in a dismissive tone. The overall attitude from both employees was unprofessional and unhelpful. I expected a basic level of courtesy and customer service, but unfortunately, this location completely failed to provide that.

The Cutler Office Depot staff is phenomenal. Mark was the best, he helped me with some critical conference document printing on a super tight timeline, and took extra care to make sure the print was 100% top quality. Really appreciate the extra effort and customer service, will make sure to come back here for printing in the future!

Went earlier this week after picking an SSD from website. Item was not in store. 2nd choice from website not in store either. Wound up with item that cost twice as much as original for half the space. Website is a bait and switch to lure in.

We went to buy a 209.00 printer worker were outside taking they came in and no of them came to us to help us . I got my phone I bought the printer on Walmart app . A lot easier!

I urgently needed documents printed within an hour for an important meeting, but the online system quoted next-day delivery. Upon arriving at the store, several employees directed me to Ed in the print department, calling him their expert. Ed provided truly outstanding customer service. Despite my order being placed less than 15 minutes before I arrived, he immediately understood the urgency and went above and beyond to expedite it. He genuinely cared about helping me and ensured I received my prints promptly, all while maintaining a great attitude and assisting other colleagues. Thank you, Ed, for exceeding my expectations and being so helpful! The prints looked beautiful, too.

I just... hm... It feels like an abandoned mall. Everything is overpriced. The selection isn't great. Lots of empty shelves. Aisles that are mislabeled. This is the place to go if you are looking for a specific type of gift card or looking to spend $12 on a pack of pens at the start of the school year. The employees were chill enough. Hope the store doesn't close down (it definitely feels like it's about to).

I was just in you store 1:35PM Saturday 3/29/25. Two gentleman were helping the one other customer in the store. I found what I wanted and stood at the checkout line. Your floor supervisor (heavy set African American man) played with his phone at the cash register and never even acknowledged I was waiting. I tossed my purchase on the counter and left. I now understand why office depot is pretty much bankrupt. I spend thousands a year on printing and office supplies. Never again will I shop in any of your stores.
