We had went to every RV dealer, Rocky Mountain was our last stop. The service from when you walk in all the way to leaving was a great experience. We found our first RV with an amazing price. We are very impressed with the warranty, they even helped us get everything we needed. The cashier were very helpful. Floyd, Dave, Mary and Melanie were such a great help along with our salesman Ricky Mendez. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

The team at Rocky Mountain RV made our fifth wheel purchase incredibly easy. Our salesman, Ricky Mendez (highly recommend him) and the sales manager, Scot went out of their way by bringing the rig to our house to be sure it would fit in our driveway, long before we had made any commitment and were still in the "looking around" phase. Ricky showed us every model we were interested in, without being pushy. The sale went smoothly, there were no hidden fees or expenses when we met with Bianca in Finance. Philip did an excellent job during our walk-through to explain how everything worked and he was meticulous about checking everything to be sure that it was satisfactory. Thank goodness we had Derek to teach us how to use the fifth wheel hitch because it was brand new to us. Overall, we give Rocky Mountain five stars and are very pleased with the entire process.

Family. That is the best description of Rocky Mountain RV. We decided after 6 months that the RV that we purchased from Rocky Mountain RV was not a good fit for us - not that there was anything wrong with it, it just wasn't a good fit. So..... we went back to Rocky Mountain with our hat in our hands and Scott walked us through the process just like a family member would - no questions asked, no "shame on you", just let's see how we can send you home happy. Al Ramsey spent hours with us patiently showing us every RV that was on their lot just so we could decide what was our best fit. Once we made our choice, Bianca did her magic and found the lowest possible interest rate for our loan (saved us a ton of cash). Phillip took over 90 minutes meticulously showing every detail of our new RV to us, explaining how everything works. The entire team greets you like you are a long-lost friend. I thought that I had lost a pair of prescription glasses - nope, the team went through our RV and found them! I cannot thank this team enough for our positive experience!

Carlos Rodriguez gave us a detailed and incredibly friendly walkthrough of the trailer, patiently explaining everything we needed to know. Gray showed us how to properly use our hitch with the same level of professionalism and care. We finalized everything with Bianca McClaskey in finance, who made the process smooth and pleasant. From start to finish, every staff member was helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Their teamwork and genuine friendliness turned what could have been a stressful process into a truly enjoyable experience. We went just look and did not expect to leave with anything. But from the start, this was an amazing adventure. Billy was very laid back and didn't pressure us at all while showing us around. Once we made the decision, it was one of the easiest processes I can remember. Bianca worked to get us the best deal possible with financing. And really explained everything clearly. Caleb was incredibly kind and understood that it was a little hard trading our old trailer in. Carlos explained every inch of our new one as if he built it himself. And Derek was great when showing us the hitch and the new camera system. Even helped us troubleshoot the issue with the bed of our truck. I felt like I was with friends, it was so relaxed.

We had a Forest River Forester class C and we wanted to downsize next year. We were going into Albuquerque so we decided to "just look" at what’s out there and prices for a travel trailer. Antonio came to greet us and we told him we just wanted to look at campers to get an idea of what we might want. Antonio showed us probably 10 different campers knowing what we wanted in a camper. We told him about our trade in and asked if he could run the numbers for us. He ran the numbers, Rocky Mountain gave us a deal on the 2026 Forest River travel trailer that we wanted with a price we couldn’t pass up. Bianca came and talked to us about financing and got back to us within an hour to tell us about the interest rate she found and just needed our ok on it. There was no pressure to do anything. When we picked up the camper, Carlos went through everything with us and explained everything. Carlos was able to answer all our questions and was pleasant to work with. We had power jack, hitch and sway bars installed also. Seth explained everything about them and showed us how to hitch it all up. He was so helpful because we never used this setup before. We also wanted extended mirrors so we talked to the parts department and the young man there found the exact ones we needed and came out and put them on the truck for us. We cannot say enough great things about this dealership! We would recommend Rocky Mountain RV if you’re looking for an rv and don’t want to be pressured into buying one! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
