Friendly employee at my nearest Staples storer located the item I needed at another Staples and offered to have it shipped. I preferred to pick it up and found the efficient and friendly personnel extended to the other Staples as well. I definitely will recommend Staples for quality products as well as proficient and friendly employees.. GOOD JOB.

Sam in the printing/copying section made my entire day! She was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get me set up with what I needed. 10/10 recommend.

Frequent this staples often for Amazon returns. My only complaint is the workers usually there are about 4. Let 1 do all the work while the other three stand around. Tonight I went in at 7:50 in a rush. One older man was helping a lady. I walked to the counter and stared at them for what felt like eternity. They weren’t taking the hint so I had to walk over and ask can one of you help me or do I have to wait for him to finish helping her. One followed me over and helped me. She was friendly enough very nice. But I shouldn’t have had to go get her to do her job. Once she came up the transaction as very fast and I was out in order a minute.

Aisha (customer service) and most employees at the Montgomery store in Albuquerque, NM obviously care about customers, and customer service. Unfortunately, this seems to be isolated and not a Staples culture. From ongoing website issues, to taking over 3 weeks to get an overnight rush order resolved and printed properly at another store delaying an event, Staples as a whole seems to be declining in value. If every employee lived up to the excellent service our NPO had become accustomed to from David and other printing staff, this would be a very different review. Unfortunately, for every great interaction we have encountered a larger number of poor interactions at other stores when our volunteers have had to pick up inventory. It has been very disappointing, as until 2025, Staples had been the "office" for most of our volunteers across the nation.

Management needs to pay better attention to their employees. Stood at the cash register to check out and several employees around but not one called for someone to attend the register or to step up and check people out

Employees at the Staples store on Montgomery were excellent in solving a problem that was actually an issue with HP as the printer I bought didn't have the power cable that is supposed to be in the box. HP was absolutely no help so Delilah (store manager) issued me a full refund and ordered a new one to be shipped to me.

Delilah and her staff take the time to help my husband and I understand our options when buying new technology, then they make sure we understand how to use it. We are extremely grateful for their guidance.
