⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an issue with the slide on our 2022 Tiffin Wayfarer JW while staying at Route 66 RV Resort, and Don from Tally Ho Services RV Repair came to the rescue! He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the slide working in no time. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor were outstanding. Hugs to Claire as well. Don was very professional and thorough starting from the pedestal working his way systematically up to the inverters. Once he released he needed additional support he contacted Jordan at Echo and both worked together using face time and my internet to log into the Victron system. After needed software updates and an excellent explanation of the generator supplied hook-up at the ballon festival we were left assured that the inverters were working as designed and protecting all coach devices. Job well done. Would recommend Don and Jordan again.

We arrived in Albuquerque at the KOA on Skyline for 3 nights . We developed an electrical issue plus needed help attaching a starlink satellite to the roof. We started making random phone calls to mobile rv repair companies and luckily spoke to Claire (from Manchester England great accent) who couldn’t have been more helpful. They came out the next day, arrived early and got to work. Don was an amazing! He fixed both issues in record time. Don was a huge help! He spent time on the phone helping us diagnose the issue we were having with our coach and was very knowledgeable and patient. He came out to help us promptly and gave us a call to let us know he was on his way! We recommend his services and will use him again for the next issue.

Don and Claire are a super team. As luck would have it, they were in the area when I was experiencing a problem with my hitch lock! They also had time to tend to a few other issues and we're able to fix everything, let me know any needs I could take care of myself. Super nice & quick to respond. We were here to volunteer for the balloon festival and our AC unit stopped working. We called and he was here later that day. Worked with our warranty and got us up & running in no time. Would recommend to anyone!!!

These guys are top notch. I did not have to wait weeks for them to come to me. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of all the issues. The price was very reasonable and better than you would get at the big dealers with a lot friendlier and personal service. I have a 30 foot class A. I will continue to use them and recommend them.
