I had an amazing experience with The Garage from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and they greeted me as soon as I walked in. Robert explained the issues with my car in a way I could understand, and he was totally upfront about costs before any work was done. The repairs were completed faster than I could have expected, and my car now drives smoother than it has in years. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Very nice bunch of guys that talk a good game. But my car was in the shop 4 days and they couldn't fix it or tell me what was wrong with it. Then excuses "A mechanic was out sick", "We are wrapping up a couple of vehicles and will get to it". Finally told me to pick it up. Gave me the keys and said "Good Luck". They didn't charge me for anything. Took it to the Ford dealership they found the problem easily.

Had our work truck there for a new steering column. The Garage fixed that along with dash lights showing. They went above and beyond. I will always keep coming back here for my vehicle fixes! Everything was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have been taking all of our vehicles to The Garage for years and can't think of a better automotive repair shop. Great customer service, kind, helpful, good communicators, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. We are never caught off guard or met with any surprises on cost or needed repairs. The only time we have ever had to return after a repair was due to a manufacturing defect in a part, and not due to the skill or workmanship of The Garage. We just picked up my husband's 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid that was in need of repair and it felt like it was running like an old truck on a rough road before, but now it rides like a dream and is getting better gas mileage! Many thanks as always to The Garage.

***Caution; Called for quote on rear main crankshaft seal R&R and also two output shaft seals R&R. No return phone call 24 hours. I called back said they would call me in an hour. I’ve never used this place but it’s right by my house and thought it would be easier to drop it off and I don’t have to fix it, time wise just didn’t feel like dealing with it. After I was called back I was quoted 1950.00. At 149.00 hr, book calls for 8.5 hours or 5.3 warranty. I asked what they were flagging for the output shaft seals, they said 3.5 hours. The transmission is already out of the vehicle for the output shaft seals while proceeding to do work on the crankshaft seal. Book calls to add 0.2 hours for output shaft seals if the rear main seal is being done on my explorer. Should have been 8.7 total hours. Unfortunately there’s really no law that I know of double charging someone for the same work, so someone not mechanically able pretty much takes it twice in the shorts. What it comes down to is ethics. If they’re not being ethical on a quote, I don’t find they will be ethical on the repair or stand behind their work. An extra 500 dollars is a big deal in today’s economy and being a single parent. They probably wouldn’t use OEM parts either. So I’ve been slowly buying what I need and I’ll just do the job myself. 1950 is all new struts, seals, ball joints, tires and alignment. Plus take my kids to dinner and have a night on the town. The output shaft seals and rear main is 175 dollars from Ford OEM part. ****update; I did the work myself and fixed other issues along the way. New PTU seals, PTU fully serviced. New strut tower bracket, new coolant intake tube seals, new lower and upper intake seals, struts and shocks replaced, new HEGO oxygen sensor. Few other odds and ends. *another update; the owner made a snarky response to me however has since taken it down. I also posted a screenshot of someone else that they have tried to take advantage of that was posted on Nextdoor.

My father has gone for years and there has been multiple on going issues with the car we put a brand new new engine in had issues with the coils would return ever other month cause coils kept going out! My husbands father looked at the car after several times of us going in and out paying and paying they take no accountability for nothing the recently said they had "fixed my air conditioner" I’ve never had problems with the car over heating and that’s whatm arose a week after taking it in, as I’m taking it back in for over heating he continues to tell me "well that’s what happens when a car has 230 thousand miles it gets tired" knowing we just put a new engine in! Says if it has nothing to do with ac warranty won’t cover it witch obviously it does if it didn’t have problems before they touched it now to find out it’s the hvac hose but they won’t cover it how does that make any sense don’t they touch all of that to access ac and air box? Very upset to have paid an excessive amount of money to have my vehicle in worse shape. Will never go back there again. Be warned, do not waste your money there

VERY AWFUL! Took my vehicle for one thing then one day we had it back it started smoking. The vehicle was running fine until we took it there and when we took it back we were charged for something they seemingly broke. Now we have the vehicle back and the hood has been altered and cannot open right. Very upset to have paid an excessive amount of money to have my vehicle in worse shape. Will never go back there again. Be warned, do not waste your money there.
