Mixed review. The staff at the customer service counter were far more interested in their conversation than helping me find an electric cart, and one was downright rude. On the other hand, one staff member was very helpful in the aisle. HD had everything I needed, and there were a lot of good choices.

I had to order a door for pickup; this was the only location that had the door available that I needed. The door was slightly damaged, but I decided to keep it. I don't like that they didn't tell me prior to loading the door into my vehicle that it had some sort of discoloration. But overall, the door functions great. Thanks, and God bless you all.

I had a frustrating experience with the Tool Rental department. I usually like The Home Depot but do not rent tools from them. I have rented tools two times from them and both times i was given a faulty piece of equipment that resulted in a wasted full day. First time was a carpet cleaner. It didn't function and leaked. The second time it was a plumbing auger (Snake). The feed gear didn't work well and stopped at about 50ft. The reverse gear did not work at all and I had to manually retract the sewer snake back into the drum. I was refunded, but I still have a major plumbing issue and no more time to attempt. DO NOT RENT TOOLS FROM THE HOME DEPOT.

Absolutely poor products and customer service. A couple of years ago we built an additioon to our house for my mother-in-law. Part of that addition included a small deck. At first the deck look great. However within weeks the boards started warping. Over time it has gotten worse. Just two and half years and the deck is not useable. We've contact both the manufacturer of the boards and Home Depot several times over the two and half years but consistently get the run around. It feels like they are just trying to wait us out. Neither Home Depot nor the manufacture are willing to stand by the product sold. All we have gotten is excuses and quite frankly lies. Just how many more manufacturers providing subpar product does Home Depot have on their shelves? I cannot give a stronger recommendation AGAINST Home Depot and Manager Bryan Foster. It is apparent all they care about is making a sale and moving on. We are now forced to seek legal action.

Last weekend we went to Home Depot to get ceramic tile samples for a large job that we're doing. When we got to the cashier he was having problems looking up the items we were trying to purchase, so he calls for assistance from an employee named Roger in self checkout and right away I could see Roger was pissed to give assistance. The employee on reg. 9 was so helpful but we had 1 tile that he couldn't find so he called Roger and again Roger said we do not sell that tile separately as it had to be sold by the box. We told him we could go back and get a barcode for the single tile or even buy a broken one just to match, he said no so We refused to buy anything and went to Lowes where they were very accommodating and we will be buying all of our tile and supplies for our job. I always say 1 employee can kill your customers, thanks Roger

I love home depot! It's pretty much a one stop shop for all you home needs. They have everything you could think of for inside and outside of your home. My girlfriend loves to garden so that's where we spend most of our time and they have a pretty big selection of flower, trees and shrubs. They also have a good selection of vegetable seeds. Their prices aren't bad either. I prefer home depot than any other home improvement store because of the staff. Their staff is everywhere and always ask if they can help. They are also very knowledgable. I recommend coming here to shop, of course they are wheelchair accessible throughout the store. If you read my review please hit the like button. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. Several employees were walking around, either chatting with each other or claiming they couldn’t help, which is unacceptable. If you’re scheduled to work, you should be actively assisting customers, not standing around doing nothing. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they’re hiring. It’s frustrating to come in and feel completely ignored by staff who don’t seem to care.
