BUY THEIR AC DELCO !!!! Sure they cost a little more than their cheapest option.... HOWEVER ( you can go anywhere AC DELCO is sold within your warranty period and get a FREE replacement if need be . No wonder this little battery has been here so long !
Purchased a battery 10/11/25, dark skinned afro guy (Kelly on receipt) was nice, switched battery, gave me my strap back to carry battery. Took home, car wouldn't stay on. Went to O'Reilly's and checked battery, it was no good. Went back 10/17/25, told guy (same one who sold it to me) battery doesn't work, had it check and it was no good. He went and got one from back, I told him check it first. He got mad, checked it then got my receipt. I told him you're voiding the 1 year warranty when you sold me a no good battery, less than 1 week? He said yes that's how it is! I asked for my strap back and he said we can't do that! I told him you have shitty service. Try to give business to a local shop and they do this! Don't buy from here and if you do, make sure they check the battery in front of you! I wasn't vulgar I told him he had shitty service. He never checked the first battery.
The old saying is if you want good quality go to a reputable company this company is not reputable in the my opinion they're real good about taking your money but not very good about helping you after there is an AutoZone and I know where I least very close I would strongly suggest Go to one of those places if you want to go to U-Pull they're probably better than this company
The white lady was very rude and did not want to honor the two year warranty that I paid for a battery that I bought less the man a year. Bad service and bad batteries.
I purchased a new battery and they gave me a terrific price. They are also fast and quick to respond online
I got a battery 3 months ago from them it was one of the "good more powerful one" but it died and was no longer good I went last week for my warranty battery and it has a bad cell it only lasted 3 days but they only give you one time warranty, so there’s no way I could even go exchange it. I will never go here again. They shouldn’t sell batteries if they do not work.! on top of that the lady that works in there is very rude!
Excellent place to get a reconditioned battery, they are clean and the price is WAY better than new!
