Darnell, John C, Jonathan & Tyler were a great team. They definitely work well together and have fantastic dynamics. I really appreciated their willingness to move things twice when I wasn't sure where things would go even suggesting where items would look best. Each of them worked with a smile and friendly demeanor making me feel at ease and comfortable. Plus for playing good music. Thank you so much for making my move seamless and easy. I definitely recommend the company and team.
Horrible would be an understatement. If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a move scheduled on the 9th of November; worst moving service we have ever had. The folks doing the move, other than one, continuously complained about nearly anything, significantly damaged walls in both the departing and arriving address, and endlessly cursed/used inappropriate language in front of our six year old. In addition, they decided to dump nearly all of our belongings in one room at the arrival address instead of simply following labeling on boxes for which rooms the boxes/furniture should have gone in. In addition, and the primary reason for this negative review, is that despite purchasing move insurance and contacting this company well within the 96 hours of the move, we have been without a functioning washer and dryer for over a week. We were promised service/repair ASAP after our call to Two Men and a Truck Ops team on the 10th. However, we were given one dead end after another. It’s now the 14th, we have zero calls from any repair rep or anyone to come assess the damage on our washer, and still no capability to do laundry other than driving into ABQ to a laundromat. Considering our washer/dryer units cost us around $1500 a pop, this lack of professionalism is wildly concerning; let alone the fact that we paid for moving insurance which is evidently not being honored (?). We received much better service and care with our belongings with folks from UHaul that we had to hire after the fact because this company also failed to move almost half of our belongings because the move was "underbid"; despite still adding an additional two hours at the end of the move.
Darnell and Tyler were great. They packed and unloaded my things very carefully and quickly. I was extremely pleased with the whole move experience and I highly recommend them.
These guys will break your stuff and blow you off. During my move, they improperly secured my easel, breaking it and leaving it useless (I’m an artist and my tools are my livelihood), the mover Chris wrote up a damage report and said they were going to follow up within a few days. They never did, so I followed up with them directly multiple times and was told only the manager could assist, but the manager, was conveniently out of office each time, I left my information and never got a call back. I finally got of a hold of him and he "couldn’t access" the damage report paperwork in their system. Luckily, I downloaded it before it expired (the link conveniently expires after a few weeks), and sent it to him. I have emailed and called multiple times, left messages and have yet to get this sorted. It’s been almost a month. There are lots of better options out there, don’t use these guys.
This is a great crew! They were professional and cordial. These gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to having them help us in the future. Darnell, Makcolm, and Landon do great work! Far better than the national movers we used a year ago. Truly no comparison!! Thanks Two Men And A Truck!
We had a wonderful move with Cedric M, Riley C, and John D- they were friendly, professional, and were a great fit for our family. They were patient when we needed to figure out where something went in the new house, and handled everything with care. The overall price was very reasonable for a move from ABQ To Santa Fe- and would highly recommend to anyone. Our kids appreciated having a kind and great crew- and everything arrived safely. Thank you!!!!
Hire this company if you want a good team of guys to come in and work hard and get the job done!! We had an almost impossible task to complete and they made it happen!! We had them booked for three days and they completed it in two days! Saved us a lot of money and time! Customer service was excellent and professional! The team was extremely respectful and hardworking we actually had to tell them to take a break for lunch! Wish we could give them 100 stars!!
