U-Pull-&-Pay Albuquerque

U-Pull-&-Pay Albuquerque is my favorite Mall to shop at. I travel from Gallup to pick up parts at least once a month. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Gabriel, he greets me by name and is very humorous, in a professional manner. It is nice to enter into a friendly atmosphere, especially after traveling a few hours and spending time in the yard pulling parts. I appreciate ALL of the staff at Albuquerque U-Pull-&-Pay. This place had every part I was looking for. It would be helpful if the rows weren't cluttered with parts because I had to maneuver my dolly around several items carrying a door weighing around 100 lbs, especially on dirt, it's challenging and I did it. The staff that inspected my items I bought weren't friendly, They knew I had a box of tools going in properly and I told them but, they still act like idiots and presume I'm a thief, No I pay for everything I removed from that yard!

its not really clean at all. all the doors and hoods open. most usable parts are scattered all over the ground. prices are ok. but they got a crew of guys that are first ones in they basically daily grab anything good. Ive work a few yard like this in Chicago and Springfield, MO. all employees where responsible for clean up daily on there assigned rows. closing doors ,hood , trunks, picking up parts. there leaving useless cars out for too long to keep there yard filled. the yard has about 40% of actual useful parts.

Great place to find parts . Great staff . Just watch out for the biohazard vehicles . Just wear long sleeves, closed toed shoes gloves and a mask.

Super helpful staff. Everyone was friendly. I would like to personally thank Maura as she displayed professionalism and kindness when attending to me.

Rafaela recognizes me every time I go (no bones were in the box btw) and has killer customer service. Also she finally signed me up for a VIP account!

good junkyard. better than the ones in Pheonix but not as nice as ones in Vegas. Unfortunately they keep the cars for a long time before replacing them so most desirable parts are gone.
