Very dissatisfied I purchased a car battery from this place, about 12 months ago, and it has already failed. A battery should reasonably last much longer than a year, so this is unacceptable. It happened before same place. To make things worse, the customer service was poor: • before I ask a question - reception was questionable, no profesional at all, some kind of aggressive attitude. (8/23/2025) No support or solution was offered when I brought up the issue. • They said 3 years warranty expired ( last battery was changed less 12 months ago) Having to buy a new battery again after only one year makes me question both the quality of the product and the reliability of this business. I cannot recommend this place until they improve their product quality and customer support. No lo recomiendo, poco profesionales la hora de responder o escuchar al cliente. Por suerte hay muchísimos lugares donde se puede resolver el inconveniente y tienen mejor servicio y atención.

I came in 30 min to close and for that I'm sorry but we were in a bind. Searched and searched for the bearing i needed and found it out of place. So polite anyway. Thanks guys.

Came in near closing Monday night looking for a replacement battery. The gentlemen working there where quick to size up the battery, make recommendations, and get us checked out. Exceptional customer service and the price was right especially given the battery was an upgraded version. This store is out of the way compared to others near our home but I will for sure be coming here for our automotive needs going forward.

Always good people and always great prices. I've never had a problem finding the parts I need at a much better price than places like AutoZone and O'Reilly's. The people that work there have always got great attitudes and are always willing to help you find exactly what you need. On top of that they do a military discount for active duty and vets.
