AT&T Store

I highly recommend Dylan at the AT&T store on Soncy for all your phone needs. I was literally mad at myself for going back to AT&T because of lousy customer service at other locations but he helped solve all my issues and was so nice that I walked away happy with my new phone and service and I will always go to him for all my phone needs. His store is beside the music store and Sleep Number store on Soncy. Go see him!

Worst service. Had a sign on door on break waited 20min. Then they didn’t know how to set up a new phone and got everything messed up.

Love this store, Natasha the manager is amazing and solved all my issues fast, helped me get my new device set up and working properly. Great experience.

Lied about insurance. Did not work how they explained, lied about credit on used phone. They apparently train their sales staff to lie. Then when you try to contact customer service make sure you have an hour to wait on hold because they will force you to talk to a garbage AI for 20-30 minutes that can't do anything THEN put you in a hold queue for 30 min to an hour. Looks like att wants me to cancel because it's trash now. Update: att hung up on me so I get to go through the entire garbage again. Att is garbage. God this sucks.

Went in to get help with my plan. I wanted to see if I could get my services cheaper. Tasha the manger helped me by looking in to offers for adding devices and finding a plan for me that fits my needs but still cost efficent.
