Took alternator to be rebuild for set price he upped the price when we went to pick it up from him a very important piece was missing has to end up buying a new one will never use again

Did a great job ahead of schedule! Fixed all my wiring issues and I had alot! I will definitely come see these guys anytime I need anything electrical done.

Rebuilt my starter in only a couple hours for half the price of a new one AND a 3 year warranty. Great service and knowledge. Car started right up and hasn't had any issues since.

These guys are everyday Heros! My alternator failed a days drive away from home and they rebuilt it like brand new and had me back on the road in just a couple hrs. Saved me nearly $200 and avoided another nite of hotel expenses. I observed how they treat the locals. They are happy to help ppl, strait forward and honest folks.

I bought a starter on 11-11-22 from them at a cost of $59.95 and tax of $4.95 for a total of $64.90. I also paid $10.00 in cash and planned to return the core. After finding out it was a wiring issue I returned the starter on 11-15-22 and discovered that instead of charging me $64.90 I was credited $64.90 on my account. Spoke with someone there and tried to explain that I was never charged for the starter and that other than the $10.00 cash refund it would be even since my account was credited for the starter and I was returning it. After a tirade of hateful comments concerning his time, shop costs, and other things I put the $10.00 back on his counter and stated that this would be the last time of doing business with them. Sometimes you have to wonder if doing the right thing is even worth it. It would have been a whole lot easier for me to not say anything and just sell the starter myself making about $125.00 on this deal.

A very bad experience with this company. Two weeks ago I drove my car to them because it was stalling out, they looked at it and instead of contacting me to let me know what what wrong they took it upon themselves to replace the battery ( easy solution) and clean a couple of cables. After two weeks on Thursday it did they same thing so I called and spoke with Charles the owner was rude and had me confused with a car they had to have towed in but then after a few details of mine he remembered . I told him that I would try to drop it off early but later called to let know know I couldn't not get away from work he said that was ok just bring it as soon as I could. I got there around 4:45. The first son told me it was too late but the other was nice enough to drive my car to see if it would do what I had told him it was doing again.. Unfortunately it was not and he said he couldn't look at it until it was doing the same thing and then asked if I could bring it in this next week and leave it with them. I said OK and i would try for Monday (today ) but since i travel to Amarillo from Dumas this morning didn't work. So I called and spoke to Charles to tell him what had happen Friday , i was only able to get out the fact that I was treated very unprofessional by one of his employees ( his son ) and that is when I was told that If i thought his sons were unprofessional that was my problem and he did not care then proceeded to tell me that I got there at 5:05 on Friday when I told him no it was 4:45 He hung up on my so I called back thinking it was a connection problem he said no i hung up on you because you are not going to argue with me. I said OK well I am wanting to get my car looked at because its doing the same thing as it was when I brought it in he told me His sons fixed the problem and he didn't care if it was doing the same thing not his problem that my car had to be towed in because it wouldn't start so I told him no i drove it in and he hung up on my again !! I had to keep calling until finally His son answered and told me that if i did not stop calling he would press charges on my for harassment and I said I paid you 314.00 to fix my car and I want you to fix it he said he didn't care what i wanted and it was not even my money ( I had to borrow from my brother and paid him back ) I said well I will report you he said good let your friends know too because we do not want them here either. I have never been treated more poorly by a place of business in my entire life. I hate to say this but lately I find it true people like this would have never had the nerve to speak with a man in this way .. What is this world coming to ... All I wanted was my car looked at to see why after "being fixed " it still leaving me on the side of the road I paid 314.00 and now will have to find another place to have it looked at and fixed .....

Great family ran small business! I always have a good experience here when I need to dispose of old batteries. They also sell and rebuild starters, which is cool!
