I am so grateful for this Battery Joe location! My phone suffered some water damage and once taking it in, Jackson fixed up my phone and had it turning back on that SAME day! Thank you bunches!

Horrible place to buy a battery. Bought a noco battery there and they won't even warranty it. They sell the noco battery for over $200. you can buy one online though Amazon or noco themselves for $179.99. The reason I say this is if you have to send the battery to noco yourself for warranty replacement, buy it cheaper. Plus, when you get a reply that says someone will contact you to resolve the problem, they don't.
My charger port had so much stuff stuck in it. I went to Battery Joe's and they cleaned it all out and made sure it could charge. Extremely fast service! Took him less than 2 minutes and I'm happy with the service provided !
Called to ask about phone repair. Staff were great. Was told the party would be ordered that day and be there in 1-2 days. Called 2 days later to be told they never made the order.
Absolutely horrible, brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and speaker fixed. Had to bring in back to 20 minutes later because it started restarting every 3 minutes. Got it back from them with a half ass ear speaker and no ringtone or anything. I’m a volunteer firefighter and one of my page outs is through my phone. This service is unacceptable
