We brought Insignia freezer online on Aug 28, 2025 and picked it up from Best Buy Amarillo on Sep 2, 2025. We drove 2 hours from Tucumcari to Amarillo to pick it up and the box looked ok. When we opened the box the next day, we found out there was a big dent underneath the freezer. We reported this to Nawaz Best Buy CS and sent the photos but there was no solution nor compensation, apart from he was asking us to return the freezer which means we had to drive 4 hours in total. There was no flexibility even to have it shipped back, etc. I tried to send email to Best Buy Amarillo management contacts listed online, however no one responded. Today it marked the 15 days since we brought the freezer, I must say the whole experience quite disappointing and make me feel frustrated.

I am writing to commend the outstanding service I received from Marisa at the Best Buy location in Amarillo on Tuesday October 30th. I had a complex return, a product defect with my LG dishwasher. I also had an issue with my BestBuy Total Membership. After trying to resolve the issue, I asked for a manager, and Marisa was the person who assisted me. Marisa, "listened patiently to my entire story," "quickly took ownership of the problem," or "explained the company policy clearly and with empathy". What really impressed me was her ability to go above and beyond to offer a fair and quick solution and to find a creative way to resolve my unique situation. Because of Marisa’s professionalism and dedication, the issue was resolved smoothly and efficiently. This level of care and customer focus is a testament to her leadership. My experience turned from a frustrating one into a completely positive one. I will absolutely be a returning customer, and it's because of the outstanding customer service provided by Marisa. She deserves to be recognized for her exceptional work.

bought a laptop from Best Buy just two days ago, and it started having issues right away — the "3" key didn’t work from the start. The sales rep told me it was in perfect working order and had been checked by Geek Squad, which clearly wasn’t true. When I brought it back, Geek Squad said to just exchange it. I wasn’t told anything about a charge for data transfer. At customer service, I was told the same model was only available as a "brand new" unit — for $50 more — and the data transfer would cost another $140. So after buying a defective laptop, I was expected to pay nearly $200 extra just to get one that actually works. I spoke with two managers, and neither saw a problem with that. This is unacceptable and extremely poor business practice. I trusted Best Buy to stand behind their products — instead, I was met with extra charges, excuses, and zero accountability.

They managed to get my problem with the printer fixed by remotely connecting with my laptop, but they messed up my documents on there. BIG TIME! Some that I must have changed from PDFs to Word documents (a few years ago) were changed back to PDFs. I never use PDF. AND I never ever use One Drive. I took that app completely off my laptop, or so I thought, but when I got on my laptop later after the printer was hooked up, all of my documents were now in One Drive. I don't know how they did that, and I'm having a horrible time getting all of this fixed. I'm a writer and having my documents messed up like this is taking unnecessary time out of my work and causing me a lot of anguish. Bottom line, use extreme caution letting Best Buy techs have access to you computer, and make sure everything important is backed up on a thumb drive. I doubt I will ever use them again. Walmart would've probably done a better job than this. 🙁 🙁 🙁

Why are the sales representatives so stuck up and unhelpful? I drove an hour just to buy a new tv from Best buy but they couldn't even answer the most basic questions like what's the difference between OLED and qled ? What does 4k stand for? Is an insignia a decent tv? I left and went to Walmart and lo and behold the guy in electronics actually had answers for my questions. Best buy why are y'all rude? Very poor experience.

I grabbed 3 iPhone cases and 1 set of Apple Watch at tag price by the time I got to the register they changed the prices and said the items are not marked down maybe someone misplaced them. It can’t be 3 different products be misplaced. Rude and disrespectful customer service they treat all people like their thieves and taken advantage. They don’t know that $39 case mean nothing so some people.
