Best Tortillas in Town. Hot and freshly made if you go mid morning. Great selection of authentic Mexican Food products. I haven't tried the new meat counter yet. My husband gets our meat from directly from the processing facility he works at. I'm sure it's great.

This small grocery is a long-time staple of the Barrio and Downtown districts. It's famous for its onsite tortilleria, where you can get one warm if they are making them while you shop. There's a couple other local tortilla brands I prefer first, but these are definitely top three. The store has been updated to include a fresh meat market and more expensive selection of beer and wine. We can also get a lot of products from Mexico that you can't get at the big chain stores. Prices are competitive, and produce is typically good quality with great sales. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff is so kind, you can see the process of making tortillas as they make them un front of you! You can purchase the tortillas fresh and hot or a cooled down version.

The manager needs to enforce to the cashiers, no cell phones while checking out a customer. Should not even have them at the registers. An update. 10/1/2025. I don't know how this place gets 4 1/2 stars. The selections are lousy and several out of stock items. Also the fruits and vegetables are not fresh. Poor meat selection as well. Very poor management.

I absolutely love the new meat counter - haven't bought anything that the family didn't like! After 30+ years in San Antonio, it's good to have this store right here in Amarillo!

Not a great selection for what I was looking for. No bakery, no deli. Great little neighborhood store and they make fresh tortillas
