They be closing early on the weekends, I work right next door tryna make it one the last 20 minutes and they closed already when they close at 9. And it’s not the first time they close so early

After calling 4 time continuously finally got somebody on the phone. I was in store and was in line and seen an associate SILENCE the phone because he was checking somebody out. That is NOT customer service. GameStop is getting bad with their customer service and the "Know it alls" that work there. Y’all are employees not gods that is why I am rude the way I am because yall act like it’s such a hassle to do your JOBS.

Friendly and helpful employees. I went there to get a gift card for my grandson. I was in and out in no time!

If I could give 0 stars I damn sure would. Spent nearly $800 on a PS5 with the disc drive, and two controllers, and 3 games. Called today to try and sell it back to them because I wasn't impressed, and they offered me $100 cash for the whole set up, or $125 store credit. Knowing damn well they are going to sucker the next guy for another $800, as soon as it's time to resell it. GameStop has permanently lost my business, and shame on the whole corporation. Sick and tired of the Bs us consumers are forced to deal will at the hands of big business. Im appalled by the greed. Sony can also sit and spin on one for all I care. Lmk if you wanna buy my system for 500. GameStop KMA

Brandon is doing an excellent job at this location. There is no hesitation when it comes to going above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. The entire staff here has done an exceptional job, thank you guys for your great work!

I live in Amarillo and my grandson is spending the summer in KY working with a friend. A cover on his Xbox broke, and I couldn't find any of the warranty related papers. I went over to Game Stop at Gem Lake where we purchased it, and found Brandon behind the counter. He remembered me and my grandson as soon as I came through the door. In a matter of minutes he located the transaction in their system as well as the Game Stop closest in KY. I not only applaud Brandon for his immediate response, but also Game Stop for whatever they're doing in keeping Brandon employed at this store. Congratulations on reaping my benefits in keeping a stable workforce here. And Brandon, thank you once again.
