I will be returning frequently to do business here all because Brad. Thanks Brad. This was the first time here for my son and I. I am a contractor and my son is a landscaper. We had been everywhere looking for a master link to fit the drive chain on his walker mower. We came here and they had what we needed, but more than that Mr. Brad Loshnowsky was amazing, he helped my son (16yrs old going on 30) with the upmost respect and a smile while helping him to determine 100% if this was in fact the correct size, it was. He was patient and kind, and knew everything we needed to know, he was very informative. After observing this for a moment I immediately started an account with Grainger and will start bringing my business here and telling others to as well. Great people and knowledgeable. Thanks Brad you made Grainger look great and brought new business for life.

If you are looking for special item that you couldn't find at general hardware store, and you want it soon(instead of order it online), you could try Grainger. Grainger got a small shopping area for very general hardware needed. But, they have a huge storage. When you go in the store, they are expecting you are looking for something special. The clerk would greet you and assist you looking for hardware you need. I think the clerk were very friendly and helpful to even help you search for rare item online. So, if you are looking for rare item, definitely keep Grainger in mind.

Absolutely horrible communication between the retailer and the customer. I had order a single set of aviation snips a week an a half ago and where suppose to be available for pick up that Friday. To this day I have yet to be contacted saying anything regarding my order. I’ve had to reach out twice in the last week and a half to get an "oh I’m sorry we’ve had to get them sent from are California facilities" when clearly it has it posted on the website to be in stores. Now I’ve just been told that I should maybe get them to the store of which they were already suppose to have been at this FRIDAY STILL NO EMAIL McDonald’s does a better job at communication

Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have what I needed, but Brad took the time to locate my item and gave me the information I needed to order it. Great customer service!!!!

Grainger has saved me so much money. They helped with all kinds of stuff. I recommend downloading their app!
