Keyhole Lock and Safe

Outstanding service! Locked my keys in the car and they went above and beyond for their service. I had the worst morning and my second day of my new job. The guy Todd called dispatch to talk about what to charge me and told me since I'm a single mom and having the morning Ive had and no money starting my job. They told me it was on the house and it was their blessing to me!!! I cried for an hour after he left!! I will always recommend them!!

Great service from Keyhole. There's a reason these folks have been changing locks and cutting keys for so long. I got next day service. The locksmith that arrived at my door asked for my existing keys and to show him the locks. The work was discrete and I had a brand new set of keys for my house in no time. I was even surprised they were able to re-key the roll-up door on my storage shed. Couldn't be happier.

Our dog locked us out of our running vehicle at the Tri-State fair grounds on a Saturday afternoon. I called for assistance, the associate answered within the first few rings, and said he be there shortly. Approx 16 minutes later, he was there. He was friendly and polite. He did struggle just a bit but our window tint is pretty dark, which I believe caused him some difficulty. But he worked diligently and got our pickup unlocked. Prior to him coming, he also made sure to include the price so that we knew and weren’t surprised by the rate. We appreciated the transparency. If we have these services again while in Amarillo, we’ll call on your business again and recommend to others.

Went to Keyhole to get a copy of a key and get two key fobs. They weren't able to accomplish either, but this is not the reason for the poor review. One of the clerks, a gentleman with glasses and red hair attempted to program the new key and fobs. After waiting for greater than an hour and half while he messed with my vehicle he reported he could not get the fobs because the check engine light was on, which I knew was a lie but was satisfied at least to have one extra key. I paid $104 dollars for this one key, and when I went to drive away the new key only worked sporadically, with the security system preventing further vehicle starts. I went back into the store to ask for a refund because the guy clearly lied to me about the key working, and about the check engine light being on (which it wasn't). He bucked up to me when I called him out on his lies and asked for a refund. He then lied to the manager, a sweet elderly lady about the check engine light. Fortunately she promptly refunded my money, but refused to acknowledge her employee was not being truthful. Attached you will find a photo of my light cluster upon leaving the store showing no check engine light present. The only reason the check engine light might have been on is clearly because this tech was incompetent and was doing something incorrectly, rather than simply admitting he couldn't do the job. *OBDII Scan code revealed no stored codes. The check engine light was never on.

They are quick and accurate about getting keys made. The 2 stars is for an employee. Guy with glasses and red hair extremely rude. Today I got some keys copied and once finished I was asked if there was any thing else I needed. I asked if I could get those keys stamped for no copy and this employee acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Saying why couldn’t have you asked this before I made the keys. It only took a couple of seconds to do. I paid y’all to do a service not have an employee have a bad attitude. Got back to work to find out our secretary had same bad attitude issues with the same guy. Plus to read a lot of bad reviews about him and he’s still working there.

Wow!! Amazing service. Very knowledgeable and willing to help! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. After visiting 3 locksmiths in 2 cities. I had a unique key problem and they were on it. Thank you!

Great service!!! I called for service at my house they came in 2hrs exactly on time. The service guy was extremely professional and even keyed my locks to 1 key. Price was very reasonable and without a doubt will use them again.
