In August my fiance went in and bought a gift card for my birthday. It's been 3 months. I tried to use it today. They say it was never loaded. They were able to make it right. This is quality service that is rare.
Store is well organized, clean and with enough room to navigate with a cart. There are people available for questions or help and everyone was friendly and informative. I have been there and made major purchases ( for me anyway) and it was the same every time.
