Ricky's Towing

Had a blowout on the highway, our Easy Care Roadside Service through GMC contacted Ricky’s Towing. Chris was to our truck, (safely pulling behind the truck, lights blinking on his vehicle, so the tire could safely be changed). Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient knowing where to find all the needed tools as well as securing the injured tire under the truck. He was very respectful and completed in under 30 minutes. Never wanting to have these issues, but if we do, we will request Chris at Ricky’s Towing again!!

Professional and fast! Derryl was clean-cut and knowledgeable; I felt that my vehicle was very safe in his care. Before Derryl's visit, I called dispatch to make sure they knew I needed a flatbed for my AWD vehicle- and they were already aware. A model for how towing companies should operate. Thank you!

Wife's F-150 wouldn't start and, after hours waiting for tow company that the extended warranty "roadside service" was supposed to be sending (but never came) did what we should have in the first place and called AAA. Ricky's had a flatbed there within a 1/2 hour. Chris was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly had it up on the flatbed and to the dealer. Definitely would use them again.

Overcharged 250$ Invoice in photos… Mind you that’s for 22miles my insurance was pose to cover 100miles their and back.. edge of Amarillo to Lubbock.. so that invoice I was told was for 22miles plus mileage back. And my insurance and manager even said I should of only payed like 108 or something and that still seems off Mates sure me and my gf and my dog could ride Dog had to stay in towed car with windows on passages side down because he didn’t try and charge my 12v battery past 10.8v till after the tow meaning my passer side couldn’t roll up In rainy weather mind you Made inappropriate comments to my 17y gf mind you I’m 18, saying well don’t you look pretty… Scraped my front bumper I have before and after photos because we was on a trip to Colorado Lost my hub caps from start photos of tow to after photo Said Ricky hasn’t had time to look at it even though I called everyday as I can show with ss it’s was towed on the 26th of last month basically 7days ago Broke Tesla rules with unloading a car 3 times… And some how their approved by them. Told me to get on the bed to help with unload He fully killed my battery trying to charge it above 10.8v Rocked the Tesla while not in tow mode by moving the bed back and forth as fast as he could to get momentum for it to roll back. He got like35-45% the back tire off than lowered it and than did the same thing to drag it of scraping my wheels trying Fake called his manager asking how to unload after he killed battery as the manger said she never got a call the night from him Charged me instead of my insurance and said I have to cover mileage back out of pocket even though I confirm with their manager after the fact and my insurance with Tesla this was not the case! If you have had a similar experience please reach out so we can show the BBB and Tesla operations as they are already looking into removing them as an approved Tesla towing company! Meaning if they tow your vehicle and not approved you could lose your warranty on your car! Update oct24 I tried to get a full refund and got cussed out by Ricky and ms Chrystal I got video footage showing that the driver took hub caps off and put in truck to wrap tire and didn’t give them back aswell as him over charging saying I had to pay for his ride back they got mad and ended up not doing anything but block my number Got a new one explained everything got told they would call me back she said and I have this whole call recorded your breaking up mind you I’m connected to 5g tower full bars in recording and than she hangs up I’m like sure let me call back forwarded to voice mail maybe it’s time to just goto court

Cody Is Amazing!!!! Thank Yall so Much for everything you did in this horrible storm! He took such good care of my rental car and got me to the airport safely to trade my car out. I hope you made it to lunch to get some of your wife's fresh collard greens!!

Poor service! Driver was incompetent! Allowed the vehicle I had towed to roll off the truck right into my shop damaging it. And when I tried to get damage fixed they requested an estimate which I provided then I was continually put on hold and never contacted again. They dodged all responsibility! Stay away.

Got my camaro towed home yesterday day... all I can say is fast and the best service i ever got from any tow company. I cant belive I forgot his name but it came up on my caller ID as jose Gomez. Now that dude is a pro
