We went in to Ace today to have a key made. We have had nothing but problems trying to find a place to make one. When we went in today the owner & the young man that was helping us were amazing! We didnt get their names but she got it to work for us! Since she didnt know if it would work & told us since its a 50/50 chance that it will work, she gave it to us for free! We want to thank her for being so kind & helping us. If you ever need anything this is the place to go!!!!! Thank you again! We will definitely be back!!!! Be sure & give Benelli ear scratching!
Wow! This place is awesome and so clean. Stopped by on my way through town to get some paint brushes. The guy that was helping me was so professional, and went out of his way to get my kids some popcorn while the paint was mixing! It was a very memorable experience and will be back soon!
I guess the 1 star didn’t understand the meaning of "soft opening". Seeing where you are. What issues that still need addressed and how inventory is going to work. What areas need some emphasis on. Like training camp before the football season. Anyways. The store was beautifully stocked and every employee went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of and if I had any questions they were on it and to the gorgeous dark haired girl behind the front counter. Absolute professional service. Let these guys take care of you.
Just visited the new Ace Hardware and was really impressed! The store is spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. I'll definitely be back!
Very refreshing to have a store that cares so much about the customer. Have had a fantastic interaction the last two times I've been in there. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and the place is immaculate.
The store was in immaculate condition. The employee Elina was invaluable in picking a good Yeti cup. The plumbing hardware was organized to perfection. I will absolutely shop there again.
