My kenworth started having transmission issues in Amarillo and within 10 mins of calling Justin showed and was very helpful and polite and professional. Got me hooked up and towed to a shop and took care of my trailer for me. The price is very was reasonable and the service was amazing I really appreciate the help and treating with respect and getting me out of the middle of the road.

On the positive side, I’ve used them several times and, in the past, their inner-city towing fee was a reasonable flat rate of about $80. Unfortunately, that rate has since increased to $120, which was a bit of a surprise. The main issue I had was when I called to check on the location of my towed vehicle. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, insisting she couldn’t assist me without the VIN number — no matter what other information I offered. When I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. I ended up calling back and spoke with a gentleman who was polite and quickly gave me the information I needed with just my first and last name. Overall, T-Miller has done the job when I needed them, but the poor customer service I experienced from this particular employee left a bad impression. I hope they address this, as good service makes all the difference when dealing with an already stressful situation.

I usually don't leave reviews but Matthew is the Best! He made it to me within 20 mins of my call! He actually tried to help me figure out why my car wouldn't go in park before he even towed it! Super cool guy! I HATE calling tow companies but if I do again I'll call and Refer Matthew!

Used a forklift to move a working car and then proceeded to drop it in the street and break 3 of the lug nuts, then proceeded to say we’ll have to move it or they’ll tow it right back into the yard with the 3 broken lug nuts

My car was parked and hit by someone who couldn't control theirs while I was at work and APD towed it here. The front office was straightforward and professional when I called and the two times I came up (once to get pics and a second time to release the car to insurance). Staff in the garage was helpful when I was getting my belongings out of the car.

They took my car didn't give me add chance to get ..now I gta bond her out on sept 1 $522 + $80..ugh ..no one called me that's a lie..other than doing what there told by pd ..they took care of my car nd when I had to call to get it towed myself they came within 15 min I just wish the cops wud call so they know wuts going on..js
