Got quote for 85units. They only had 15. Wouldnt order. Charged me double for those they did have. Went to other location to pi k up difference. wouldnt honor quote. Took 2.5hours to refund. Embarrassed for them.

Very nice store. We went to find some skirting boards for the side of our house and we actually found it. Loads of Halloween decorations and other DIY products. Pretty big store so there will definitely be a thing or two. The staff are nice and there’s plenty of car park space. You can rent a u - haul van to move big items to your home for $29 a hour I’m assuming. Otherwise definitely one of the better home depots in Amarillo.

Drive the extra distance it takes to use this locale. Rather than the locale on Georgia! Just a much nicer, cleaner store. Not enough Cashier's though. I don't do Self Service. Puts people outta work...

I asked an associate about some hose bands. His response was: You can find them anywhere in the store. They should train their employees in customer service. If you don't like your job, why do you stay there? I immediately left and headed to Lowe's.

Thank you for the outstanding job to an Amazing person. By the name of Florine Flores she made it so much easier to get what I wanted in appliances. I didn't like how her boss started yelling at her when I was buy some appliances from i-40 and Soncy. I could even hear what he was saying but it sounds like something personal outside of work you're not supposed to bring her outside business into work kudos two Florine Flores. And she knew how to speak Spanish. Her boss gets no kudo's from me..!

Incredibly friendly dock staff, plenty of space to back, and got me in and out of a door pretty quick. Really enjoyable experience despite the flood of trucks and lack of help they had.

Standard Home Depot experience. I usually go to the other store in town as this one is a bit far from me. Most of the stock is the same, seems like stuff sits longer here as there is often more dust on some items. Workers are friendly and helpful.
