I recently stopped by Top Gun Auto Service & Repair for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The entire process was smooth, quick, and professional. Jeremy and the staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything and ensure my vehicle was well taken care of. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent customer service with honest, reliable work—but Top Gun nails it. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Amarillo area looking for trustworthy auto service!

Had to replace fan shroud and was given quote. The part that I supplied was defective. Tyler and crew repair the defective shroud and did not charge me extra. Truly a professional job and repair show. Thank you again Tyler!

I was instructed to take my Mercedes Benz to this shop for repairs. After getting the car back it drove fine but broke down again. It stalled on me a VERY frightening situation. I’m currently in a different state and had to get my car towed to the dealership. I was told the work performed on the car by Top Gun ruined my car. I contacted Top Gun to be given the runaround. First I’m told to toe my vehicle to Amarillo TX which is over 10 hours from me. Then I was given there warranty information with no luck then I was told to contact their liability insurance company. Here it is TWO WEEKS later and they are refusing to fix the problems they done to my car! My next step with be contacting a lawyer. Your mechanics used the wrong parts for the car and more that caused WAY more damage than just replacing the sensor! You ruined my car and should be held liable!

I had an awesome experience here at top gun .y 2014 Ford lost power topgun ran a diagnostic test and found the issue right away only took them a day to fix the issue and best part of this ordeal was it didn't cost me a arm or a leg way under wat I expected .I highly recommend top gun for all mechanical services one needs,I know I will go there first whenever services needed ! Thank you Topgun !......

5 stars for excellent service and personable staff! Highly recommend. They serviced my Mercedes SLC AMG 43 with skill and speed. Top Gun Auto is my new service company now. New review— we had so much Jeep trouble on a visit to Amarillo and only 1 day to fix it. Though Top Gun is always busy they made time for us. In 1 day they ran every test possible with no answers, then figured out what was wrong. Before we left the owner himself checked the air in our tires to help with the long drive ahead. You won’t find a more experienced and ethical auto repair shop than Top Gun. The people there are amazing humans.

I took our car to Topgun and was given an estimate of $2800. I took it to Christian Bros for a second opinion and was told that the suspension bar was loose and just needed to be tightened. So very disappointed in Topgun. Never taking it to that shop again!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Dicked me around for 2 1/2 weeks and gave me my car back with an even bigger problem than what I dropped it off with. They didn’t know what they were doing. Just go to a reputable dealership and get your moneys worth. ***edit*** The owner bill reached out to get this fixed. He fixed it same day at no cost to me. Was quick and professional and I appreciate his effort to work on this with me. My only advice is to know exactly what condition your car is dropped off as, and advocate for yourself if something isn’t right.
