United Supermarkets

I go to this United on a regular basis because everyone is usually very friendly. I went today and asked a person restocking the ready to eat products in the deli area a question. She was very rude and stated "I don't know what you are talking about." When I further described what I was looking for she stated that it was only when it comes out in the ad. I can describe this young woman as having bright blue hair so she was a stand out. Please get her more training in the being civil to customers department because like I said she was rude. One bad apple does spoil the whole bunch...

The price increases since the merger with Albertsons have been ridiculous. The staff are nice here, and the store is fine to shop in. Produce quality and product variety have also worsened since the merger. It's close to the house so I run here in a pinch, otherwise I try to find groceries from mom and pop places, or wait until I can go to HEB or Costco in Lubbock.

Clean well stocked store with a lot of special/sales super friendly helpful staff, it’s a pleasure to shop at this store!!

One of the main reasons that I visit this store is because of the people. It feels like home. I love visiting with the sackers and checkout people it still has a small hometown feeling to it. I might pay a little more at this store than others but it's worth it for the service. When I've had a long day, I go here to relax and unwind. Everything is clean and tidy!

Great store with great selection and prices. Our checker Kieria (I may have spelled it wrong) was excellent, and Marcus really spoiled us by carrying our groceries out to the car. He is a very nice and pleasant young man. Thanks to both of y'all for the great job!

Why would you shop anywhere else? Just a most Excellent Store!

I only got gas this morning since I had rewards points that were going to expire at the end of the month.
