Tonight we went to Walmart on coulter. I had several Walmart employees help me. They went above and beyond. Unfortunately I didn’t get all of their names. I think one was Naomi. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely wanted to help me. I have always loved this store but now I have even more respect for the people who run this store. If you ever need help or want specific items this store is the best

Thai location usually has a good selection of just about everything you could need. The only draw back is it stays very busy and other shoppers at this location specifically seem to be extra rude. Not the stores fauly at all but makes me avoid it sometimes for sure.

Y'all.... Run to Walmart and get you some of these BLACK SEEDLESS GRAPES Holy WOW ... They are hella yummy. My little sister got me started on them a few weeks ago when I was at her place. Normally I'm hunting down those Cotton Candy Grapes but these are so sweet and delicious. Get ya some yummmmm.

Auto center ‘communication’ error. Tire warranty, go in knowing it cannot be repaired, needs to be replaced. The older man was told to enter it as a repair, they’ll look at it and change to replace if it can’t be repaired. We leave, got text we are in line, then one they’re working on it. I tried to call to see if they’re replacing under warranty, would have them put front 2 tires too. (I know they have 3 because the older man had gone to see if they have this tire.) But no one answers the phone. You get a recording to call again. I did and the same recording. 1.5 hours later we went up there after hearing nothing. They had looked at it, said not reparable and did nothing more. No text, no call, no replace…. I guess at closing time someone might have noticed our pickup was there. We left and had NOTHING DONE. Just an I’m sorry. And "You can go to another location or Discount Tire." Wow! Awesome service, young lady. I guess they don’t care about that or tire sales. This location just lost 4-tire purchase. 2 for the pickup and next month 2 for my car.

It is convenient to shop here and employees seem efficient and agreeable,but as a disabled person, I'm never sure I'll find a working electric cart. Half are broken or not charged. They seem to not welcome disabled and elderly people. It seems they don't respect their customers.

I was in Walmart on Coulter yesterday at lunch time to pick up a photo order. I glanced at them while walking out the door and the main one I needed cut off half the picture. There were three people working in photos. One woman, and two young men. I asked the woman for assistance as she wasn’t doing anything and she said I would have to wait and talk with the guy who was on the register. I asked the other guy, with glasses who also was doing NOTHING but listening to his ear pods and he said he didn’t know how. An elderly man was also waiting in line and no one would help him though I saw him approach the same two employees. The young man who had been on the register asked me if he could help me. I explained the situation and immediately stated he was so sorry for the problem and would get it reprinted. Before he could reprint my order, the girl who was on the register who had refused to help me didn’t know how to ring up the customer at the register so he had to leave me again and take care of the register. In between running the register he reordered the printing of my photo. Meanwhile several customers were trying to check out and the remaining two employees did NOTHING but stand there and talk to each other. Two customers got angry and left. I have said all of this because when the young man returned with my photo he apologized again for the delay and started he was new to the department. I was in town visiting from NC and noticed that his name tag said his name was "Matt." I tried calling the store but no answered. I just want Matt’s boss KNOW what an EXCEPTIONAL employee they have in Matt and he is to be commended. I own my own business so I know how hard it is to find good employees. Matt was doing the job of THREE employees and the other two did nothing the entire 42 minutes I was standing there.So I give those two employees a minus 5 and give Matt TEN stars. I only hope management sees this and lets Matt know he is a valued employee! Darlene from Wilmington, NC

Craig, the front end manager would rather argue with someone when they ask for Customer Service then give Customer Service. Argued With customer with a raised voice instead of looking for a solution. Deborah a cashier on the other hand was fabulous! Store manager and district manager were there also and we’re not interested in solving any issues. It’s unfortunate & disheartening that Customer Service Is an ‘option’ now for those that are in Customer Service.
