Someone please tell these employees and managers that they should keep their doors unlocked until close. I went to the doors at 8:54 PM and they were locked. And then the manager had the nerve to say "I’m closing up in two minutes. What are you getting?" I come here all the time and live across the street. That’s not professional or friendly. 6/13/2025 Items on clearance are not placed with the right prices and skus… I got to the register and the product was $12 more than where the extension cord was displayed to be… and then the employees didn’t even try to help me with the pricing. They just looked at me like a magic trick was going to happen. Hire better. 9/11/2025 A brand new sharpie metallic pen I purchased yesterday, exploded on my Novelty HODGETWINS shirt while writing addresses on post cards for business, that I simply wanted to wear on 9/11. The store manager said he can only replace the marker and that he can’t help me with my shirt because it happened when I left the store. He told me to call Sharpie. These companies take zero responsibility. I guess I have to call Sharpie. And this is exactly the reasons why I rather support Amazon these days. Because even the people who are here to service us can’t.

Regular customer here. Just allow and respect that people have options. With all trust and diligence however, don’t let this interfere with your work and wondrous customer service. As close as we try to get everything to be correct, humans & robots(machines) still can fail. Grace, continue on! ✌ anything else you’re prying too far

I Had a great experience with an employee Ethan L on Niagara Falls Blvd, I was in a rush to get important documents faxed off before closing time and Ethan helped me through it and had patience . So greatful for his assistance and great customer service.

I've been returning ink cartages for over 15 years with no problem..today the girls said I needed to make a 10.00 purchase..she could not be bothered..I took them to another store with no issue ..never going to this one again..the girl was in slow motion and could not be bothered

Office Max on Niagara Falls Blvd (Amherst) is simply incredible. I have been using their print shop for 9 years. John is an incredible manager, always attentive to the needs of his clients. Ashley and Dillon are both insanely talented on my print projects—consistently!! I don’t go anywhere else!! I will miss John, Ashley, and Dillon and the excellence and friendliness they provide with each visit. I am moving—and I will miss them.

Went in to find a label maker and at checkout was forced to purchase paper against my will. My friend and I repeatedly stated we did not want paper and the associate scanned and charged me for the paper then acted like it was a hassle to void that part of the transaction. Feel as if 12$ was stolen from me and will not return.

Great service and inventory! One negative experience a few years ago but with more than ten years as a customer, it didn't affect my feelings.
