U-Haul at Niagara Falls Blvd

I have a corporate account with U-Haul, and while there are several locations closer to my base of operations, I always come to this one because of Adam, the general manager. He provides outstanding customer service every single time. Adam is a genuine problem solver who listens, understands the situation, and always finds a way to make things work. The rest of the staff follows his lead and are professional, courteous, and quick to help. This is a well-run location with people who care about their customers.

I've reserved U-haul for Oct 1st and it was mentioned that i'm supposed to get a call on the availability, but never got a call. On my move out date, when i had to load my stuff and drive to michigan, i was told that no trailer is available, i had to check with the customer care. When the corporate customer care associate wanted to talk to the store representative, one of the two representative (caucasian male) was very rude for no reason. I was just talking with respect during out whole coversation. But the corporate customer care represetative was helpful in finding a resolution and the store associate in main st was very helpful too.

I rate this location as below average only because Jeffrie did not hook up the tow dolly properly leading to the car shifting causing a minor dent/scratch to the car door & the tow dolly was given out with 2 bald tires leading to a flat tire (blow-out)on the drivers side wheel of the tow dolly after I paid $20 to have the tow dolly hooked up properly so there would be no problem. Deshawn was nice even after having issues himself hooking up the 1st tow dolly which did not work causing us to have to return that day and that’s when Jeffrie (mis) hooked up the Tow dolly. Nice people not nice & maintained equipment nor any instructions on using the truck with the dolly ( which I later did get at Sunshine towing in Irvine NY) all the Niagara Falls Blvd location say was Good luck-be careful!

Jul/31 I picked the car up late, and there wasn't the dolly I ordered inside, I used the car for 2 hours about 24miles and filled it with fuel 3 gallons. Aug, 1 in the morning I was charged extra 138 for missing dolly, I went to the location the manager with piercing in his ears was kind and tried to help and wasn't able to get me the whole refund, but the other two guys was very rude I almost was kicked off. In total I paid for this more than 80 dollars and ruined my day with their behavior. I rented a car only two times with this company, the first time also it was 40 dollars extra and I got them back. For me it would be the last time with this company, I don't want to spend my whole day fighting with them to get my money back .

All the staff were friendly and helpful when we rented our truck and tow dolly. There was a big safety issue and the car we were towing came undone from the safety straps they installed. We nearly got on a big car crash on the freeway as a result of this. It took us two months to finally reach the branch to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers but all we got back was a response that they refunded ten percent of the equipment fee back to our banks. They not been responding to emails and phone calls since. Management, please take more responsibilities in the health and safety of your customers. Thank you

Been using U-Haul my whole life and never had as bad as experience as I did today. Joshua was extremely rude and short. Could definitely use some coaching on customer service.

Everything went wonderful, the only complaint I have is the Cup Holders were DISGUSTING!! I wish I had time to clean them but it just didn’t happen. Anyhow, please make sure those are cleaned frequently
