My car battery suddenly died, and since it was still under the 2-year warranty, I brought in the receipt and the dead battery. The staff named Jose was super helpful, replaced it on the spot — no hassle, no extra charges. They were professional and very quick. I was back on the road in minutes. I bought 1 qrt. Motor oil, used in front of their parking for my ride. I politely asked the store clerk if I could dispose of the empty in there trash to avoid littering the store. He was a smarty pants and said uh we didn't recycle ♻️ those. I didn't ask if they do or don't. He could have thought in his brain uh this guy doesn't want to litter so I'll just take it. To dispose of it he is not the 1st guy who asked all the clerks, since the store opened.

I was having issues with my alternator and stressed because of the quality of the part but Amelia and Emmanuel helped me without any problem. I will definitely coming back to her. Thank you so much.

Went to this store to get my cash warranty back on a second water pump I bought back in May… had to deal with the overweight depressed grey shirt that works there. In between the purchase and the day I returned, I loss my debit card I used. This guy, first tells me if I return with my receipt they would honor it. But I guess theirs no honor in a den of thieves. Returned with receipt and grey shirt tells me that I need to go to the store I purchased it from. Returned to the store I purchased the water pump and got my refund. The guy that honored the return told me that it can be honored at any store.

The Store Manager Michael is amazing! He’s kind and informative. He took the time to educate me and resolved my battery and fuse issues promptly. I highly recommend this store and their team. Michael’s honesty has earned my trust to be loyal to autozone for all my auto needs.
