Continental Battery Systems of Anaheim

Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where my truck wouldn’t start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they’d have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn’t A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that’s been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.

I have used Continental many times and they are awesome. I have bought batteries for my RVs, trailer and forklift. Luis helped me out last time with four AGM batteries for the motorhome and did a fantastic job for us

They sold me a better battery (75 month warranty) for half the price AAA wanted for a ) 36 month warranty. Customer service has always been 100% , always ensuring that I’m getting the best battery for my needs.

Bought a Battery for a Nissan Maxima and it was dead in 3 months i took it back and they charged it for me and it was good for about a month. The battery went dead again so the associate told me the car was draining the battery and did not want to replace it but he finally did. I put the battery replacement in the car and about 4 months later it was dead. I did not want to deal with them again so i bought a cheap battery at Auto Zone and have not had a problem. Go to Walmart or some where that they will stand behind there warranty.

Worst service ever. I walked into purchase of battery with cash. They required me to fill out a form online how do you use a credit card. Because I had a discount code. Then they didn't even know if it was in stock and had to go look in the back. A gentleman came to the front area was a carton said "where would you like it what vehicle is yours in the parking. He was implying that I was installing it in my vehicle. I explained him know this battery is for my portable solar panel. And I said "I have to pay for the battery first." Talk about the cart before the horse. I had my cash out ready to pay the gentleman for the battery. He walked away. Then another completely different gentleman stuck his head out of side door and said to me. He'll help you load your battery in the van. So I walked outside and open my van so that he could put it in the back. This took 10 minutes. Then I went back inside to pay for my battery. And the guy says to me oh I thought you changed your mind. I had to explain that I went outside to help them load the battery. Then as part of the invoice processing he informs me that there is a $24 core charge. But I explained to him this is not going in a vehicle. It will be used with my solar panels. Then he said it doesn't matter. You still have to pay the core charge. So I ended up paying more than I thought I would. It is a lead acid battery not AGM. But it is deep cycle and is maintenance free. And is 105 amp hours which should suit my needs for my portable solar panels. I do not recommend this battery systems of Anaheim. Their customer service is terrible. And they don't even seem to know what they're doing. now I'm looking for a dead battery I can use as a core to take back and get my $24 back. The battery has a 30-month warranty. And was $139.46. I won't be going there anymore. I would rather give my business to Walmart.

These guys gave me excellent service I came in for RV marine batteries and they sold me some used ones for $65 and they're like brand new I'm very grateful to these guys if you have any battery needs go to the Battery Systems of Anaheim. I have purchased somewhere alot of battries from this location. I have several commercial accounts here as well. They do not stand behind there products. In every case they have found a excuse to deny warranty, I have been a master automotive technician for 21 years and the b.s. reasons they use to deny warranty is insane. I don't recommend this place!
