Excellent people and services! To assist with my grandma's transfer into her new apartment, we hired them. They worked quickly and carefully while still being conscious of their surroundings. They took care to stay in touch with us throughout the process and with each other while they worked. We are very pleased to report that all of my grandmother's furniture arrived in perfect condition! The workers themselves were pleasant and diligent individuals. They were centered and on task throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would most likely use them again!

Crew helped my wife and I move all our large items today and they were awesome! They moved quickly and efficiently, completed moving all my items in much less time than expected and were very pleasant and professional. I'd definitely recommend to friends and will look here first when planning my next move.

Wonderful experience! Movers called and inquired about my requirement for packing supplies like boxes. They assessed the apartment upon arrival and immediately began work. These men worked tirelessly and completed the task quickly. negotiated tricky hallways and stairs, as well as horribly erratic weather. Move was inside the underlying bid, and I was unable to be more joyful. Strongly recommended!

Absolutely no regard for customer service! It has been 51 days passed the time we were due to receive our stuff! Original date of receipt was supposed to be April 10th. Today is May 31. So far all we get is a runaround from all of the crew that answer the phone and nobody seems to be able to answer any questions! This move is costing us $ 16,000 and all they can offer for being late is a $30 per day credit past 30 days of original delivery date! Nothing but a headache so far and still no stuff! I'm guessing all of the 5 star reviews were paid reviews!

Currently, as of today, I still have not recieved my items. When talking to the Senior moving coordinator he advertised my items should be arriving in 2-5 business days, which sounded reasonable. I told him multiple times I will be in at the 19th and asked him what days would I need to get my items picked up to recieve it around that timeframe, so we decided on 5/15/23. I would be okay with it being 3 days since 2-5 business days is what was advertised. My items got picked up on 5/15/23 and as of today it is 5/24/23 and I've continually been told it hasnt even left the LA facility. Customer support told me It is not likely to even ship it this weekend which would be 27/28th. So my items just got picked up and left in the storage for 2 weeks. What was the point of asking them multiple times and asking best day for them to pick my item early if I informed them that I will be needing it around the 19th. On top of being late i still have to pay the rest. Theyre excuse is "theyre still in the 0-14 day of the first available day". However, upon making the deal I informed them many times the 19th is the date. Also taking that information into account 2-5 days from the 19th meant i should received it today 5/24/23, but no its not even on the road. It is 5/29/23 and still no update on my items even leaving facility. I was told by one person that Monday they’ll have a truck for me and after calling today another lady says there is no update and can’t even guarantee that I’ll have my stuff this weekend. She keeps reiterating we are technically in our contract of 0-14 business days. 6 business days for them is 2 weeks with none of the stuff I need and at this rate 3 because they can’t even guarantee a ship out day. 5/30/23I’ve been told to expect end of the 4th week and supposedly arrive until then. If they were honest in their advertised dates then I could’ve planned better now I’m without my stuff for almost a month. The lady said the truck is in Texas currently and is why I don’t have my stuff. She told me the truck will be on the way back which is 2-5 days and 2-5 days to receive my parcel. I’ve been told 2-5 days almost every week now so they can try to shut my complaints up. Today is 6/2/23, I’ve been told once again the truck will be here at the end of the week. The 14th is June 9th for my expected receive date and I have been told again I won’t have it then either. It is currently June 19th and I still haven’t received my stuff. Today I finally received my items. The positive is I received all my items. My biggest issue with this company was not that they were late, I already messed up by signing with them, it was that they advertised false dates. I could’ve worked around my parcels being late if they could give me an exact day, but they couldn’t.

Our realtor, Reddy Realestate, recommended this business. They held my hand the entire day and were fast and effective. Honest, articulate, intelligent, and polite.
