For Truckers or any other large vehicle… if making a pick up/Delivery, park outside with hazards on, walk to the office door & let them know what you’re there for. Sign in & they will either give you a door or let you know what to do. It is pretty tight up in there so be careful. MAKE SURE THEY SEE YOU!

Alex Vierra, is really knowledgeable in all the batteries needs my company has.. we just send him picture and tell him what we need & he will find it for us. He is great at what he does...

I'm a maintenance mechanic at a company that has 11 electric forklifts, each with their own battery charger. Now this fleet is a little old (16 to 18 yrs) and so are the chargers. Knowing I have Alot to learn about charger diagnosis & repair, I needed a service provider that would not embarrass me in front of my plant manager by not offering top-tier service. As an old road service mechanic back in the mid 90's, even Back Then I knew that Motive was a well established company. Thank God they are still going strong! Their service manager/coordinator must have been at it for awhile, because some how he Knew that providing good, honest, quality repairs is the Best way to earn repeat customers. He offered repair options that though they may not have maximized the final repair ticket total, it shows that he understood how companies everywhere are trying to stay in business on a budget and every dollar saved... Counts! Further, if you are using Material Handling small mom & pop repair shops or even some larger dealers... Chances are, they're bringing your battery & charger needs to the Pros at Motive Energy. Not sure if Motive is open to the general public, but if you are able to deal directly with Motive, consider yourself Fortunate! From the front office to the back shop, Everyone was super-friendly & helpful. Being right off the 91 fwy, makes getting there a breeze. Once on-site, parking (specially large vehicles) can be tricky. Just have some patience, use your common sense, and the professionals at Motive Energy will see that you are well taken care of. So Great Job, everyone there at Motive! You give an old mechanic hope. In the unfortunate event that our chargers or batteries are feeling a little blue... Motive Energy is waiting and ready with no-nonsense solutions at nicely competitive pricing.

As a customer, Worst billing system in Dallas, never received our invoices, statement. Placed my account on hold. Motive, Should provided proper training and GET ride of their Billers. Or lose more customers like myself. It took 2 1/2 months before someone actually called . Rated 1 star worst business ethics.

These guys were great! I looked all over for a reconditioned fork lift battery, and in a world of shady, seamy characters, these guys were a beacon of light. They were the only people that were straight-up and decent, and did what they said they would do. They sold me a great battery at a great price, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I worked with Ken Blanck and honestly, he bent over backwards to find me a battery to fit my needs. They were great.

System under warranty techs have replaced inverter. Wire on original install was incorrect for the application. Looked like connectors shorted out to ground. Cimpany asking to get paid for further work on issues that are covered under warranty still left with a non working system after 3 months.

Very scary driving near them! If you see them on the road, please keep your distance. They are reckless & one almost rear ended me because they were tailgating me so bad. Idk about their services off the road, but I can’t praise a company that doesn’t express to their workers/drivers the importance of driving safely. Especially when they’re with the DOT! Very disappointing. Also, I will be reporting to the DOT as I was lucky enough to have snapped a picture of the license number.
