O'Reilly Auto Parts at 2960 W Ball Rd in Anaheim is a great go-to for all your car needs. The location is very accessible, and they have a wide selection of parts and products that make it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The manager—Bryan, I believe—was especially helpful and friendly. He took the time to guide me through my options and made sure I got what I needed. Excellent service and great inventory—definitely a 5-star experience!

On my second visit to this store, I met Mario & he exceeded my customer service expectations. Most of the staff here is friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this store and the owner should give this employee a raise for going above and beyond to assist me. I attempted to give Mario a tip, but I didn’t have cash & I could only put it on my card. I’m so impressed with this store that I’m in the rewards database, in case someone wants to reach out.

This auto part is Great ..too. If I don't see what I need they willing to help.. looking for the part 〽️〽️ they're very helpful plus the price parts are cheaper than other places..its good for the customer

I walked three miles to buy an alternator there. I got there at 9 pm. All the lights were on, but the door was locked. The hours posted were that they closed at 10 pm. So I had to walk over to Auto Zone. Luckily, they are open until 12 midnight. But it cost me approximately $50. more.

Had a great customer service. Cristina did my battery replacement, she was very nice and friendly, she also checked my starter and alternator. Thank you Cristina for all the help you did an awesome job great customer service

The staff here is wonderful, especially Christina. My old car was starting to nickel & diming me to death. Had to come in several times to figure out which bulbs I needed. Had the pleasure of meeting Christina. She was extremely helpful, kind, & personable. It's really nice seeing a cool gal work at an auto parts place.

I had a rough morning with my car not starting and needing roadside assistance. As someone from out of town, I was worried about getting back on the road. I stopped by O'Reilly's to get my battery tested and ended up needing a new one. Frankie turned my whole morning around with his amazing attitude and calm demeanor.
