The staff are great. I appreciate that they carry a selection of women's gloves. My only dislike is that corporate AIH doesn't send them sale items. Example. October 2025 sale ad has 24" snow scoops. Wasilla store received zero 0, as of 10-16-2025. The great staff looked into inventory of anchorage stores and told me they had a large inventory at each store. I went to anchorage and acquired mine. Why does corporate AIH short our Wasila location frequently? We're a labor, construction, farming community who needs your type of products too.

I get a lot of my equipment here. The last time I bought a trimmer, the price went up, and the guy told me that it was because of tariff, he said that we are paying the difference which I explained to him that we don't pay tariffs here. I should have complained to the manager.What he said

First i started off by looking at there web site and let me tell you that... that site is shit cant find any thing your lookin for cant navigate it without frustration and a headache..so I went there looking for hose and a few clamps..customer service wasnt any help people work there but don't the product there selling..or where it is in the store.be ready to walk the store and look for your self.

Pretty much everything you'll need for every home and commercial project. From shovels to paint handbooks to reflective safety gear, they have everything.

If it's in stock and you can find it or one of the employees knows where it is they can sometimes have things home depot or Lowes do not.

Everything you could need is in this store. Its huge and the workers are nice and friendly. They have so much knowledge on a vairity of things. Ill be back soon.

Don’t appreciate melodys customer service very rude demeanor and tone. Obviously annoyed with customers having questions. Shouldn’t be a manager.
