Alaska eBike

We went on a two hour ebike tour along the coastal trail that started and ended here. The guides were great (Maria and Captain C), the ebikes worked flawlessly. It was a terrific adventure!

I was able to order a purple lectric ebike from them and bought seperate dirtbike looking tires and had them install them, the staff was very friendly and down to earth, i felt welcome and cane out of the shop with so much knowledge about ebikes. My wife loves her ebike and we highly recommend this shop to whoever asks where we got ours.

I had a such a great experience with my purchase, the staff was extremely helpful, they cared more about my safety and comfort than the sale . They took extra time to make sure that I understood exactly how it worked, after the test ride, they adjusted everything to fit me specifically. As a not so tall woman in my 50’s (5ft1) and my first eBike , I felt safe secure and super excited, when I left , I have ridden it everyday and I recommend you check out this store, the prices are comparable but the customer service is outstanding.

The friendly small business atmosphere has no pressure and no elite attitude. It's just a cozy place for discovery. They carry tested brands with factory & warranty support. The staff answered questions, educated me, gave me a helmet & a free test ride, and made sure I felt completely confident before I made my decision. I tested 3 different bikes and chose a dedicated commuter. I got a service contract with 2 free checkups a year because i ride every day, and maintenance saves money on repairs. I haven't enjoyed the drive to work in 15 years, until now. No stoplights on the bike trail, just the rush of the wind and the sound of my bell as i approach and pass...

We bought two ebikes from them, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Also we are LOVING the bikes. The goal was to get something that would help us rely less on our vehicles in our day to day life, while still letting us arrive places looking fresh. This is the solution, right here.

This shop was amazing from the start! Very informative when I made my first inquiry call and all of the staff were so helpful helping us get set up. We spent our last day in Anchorage riding the coastal trail; everyone had a blast and we saw some wildlife!
