When shopping for snow machines, I chose Alaska Mining and Diving because I value excellent customer service. The employees are experienced & knowledgeable and the showroom is stocked with a variety of sleds, gear and accessories. Alec V. helped me choose sleds that will get my family and I out ice-fishing, riding the trails and venturing off-trail. Alec made excellent suggestions for accessories after listening to my winter wish list without pressuring me to buy anything I didn’t need. When I picked up the sleds, Alec showed me how to do everything from starting the sleds to changing the belts. I was a newbie walking in, but thanks to Alec, I feel confident and am thrilled to be able to get my family out riding for many winters to come.

Shout out to the AMDS service department. Joe and Ryan went above and beyond to assist me with an electrical issue on my boat at the end of the day on a Friday to ensure I could get out on the water in time at accommodate some out of town guests that were arriving later that weekend. Ryan diagnosed the problem in short order and had the issue fixed in no time. Joe was gracious enough to give the matter priority to ensure I could get my visitors out on the water. This is as good of a customer service experience as I've ever had and, while I hope I don't need more service anytime soon, I have full faith in Ryan's abilities if/when the need arises. Great job guys!

They wanted a review, I will give them my review. I told them what part number I needed. They said they have it in stock and will ship out ASAP. After waiting 2 weeks I called for tracking number and they said they had to order it from downstate. They shipped it and did not ship the part I needed i told the guy they are different, not the same, won't fit.. he was convinced yes it is the exact fuel pump i need and that they are the same. Do they look the same? No. I demanded i return the item but they would not accept it back. Mining and Diving used to be the place to go, not anymore. I was told numerous times not to use Mining and Diving now I know why, will now take my services elsewhere. Thanks but, no thanks!

Amds was an extremely helpful and informative place to purchase my first sled. Both Byron and AJ were generous with their time answering my many questions, and they helped me pull the trigger on a sick sled. With a very fast build time on top of that. Thanks!

Lots of machinery and gear on hand for novice and pro dreadgers alike. The main 2 gentlemen have yrs of combined experience to aid you in your selection.

We needed a 4 wheeler to finish up our summer work to prepare for winter. AMDS was very helpful and fast on delivery. Was able to answer all our questions.Definitely will do business with them again.
