Donald sold me my new grill and just delivered it. In my opinion he went way above and beyond on this one, super nice guy and very professional. Super excited to get it fully assembled and in use.

We were very happy with the salesperson. Are refrigerator quit working and needed a new one quick. We were able to find one we really liked. They were able to deliver the next day. We would really recommend Allen Peterson. Great experience.

The experience began well. Wonderful customer service and a delivery speed that made spending a higher price worthwhile. Delivery was to be 3-4 weeks. After a month, and no update I contacted the store and was told that they did not know what was going on. Then I was told it shipped on the 5th of September. And then two weeks later I was informed there was an issue with the manufacturer messing up a shipment and now it was expected in another two weeks. My issue wasn't with the delivery problem, because this happens. My issue is that no one informed me. I had to call and check, constantly, to figure out where it was. When I expressed frustration over the issue the salesman scoffed back at me when I said I would be speak with a manager if it wasn't resolved. 8 weeks later it arrived. The man at the warehouse was annoyed and rude to my husband as he picked it up. Complaining about having to get it off the container, even though they told us it was ready for pick up. Awful experience.

Allen & Petersen is a good example of how a company should be run. Product knowledge is key to building trust and my salesperson, Garrett, was outstanding. His customer service skills were excellent and he went the extra mile to ensure I was well informed. The icing on the cake is Allen & Petersen has an onsite installation person that made a small space work but had the carpenter skills in case it didn't. To add an extra bonus I was provided a phone number to call, after installation, if I had questions/concerns. Thanks for a job "well done.

The delivery was so smooth and they took time to show us things about the new stove. We are so pleased and kind of spoiled now:)

In the last two years we have bought a washer, a dryer, and a range from Allen and Peterson. Their customer service is top-notch. Shout out to Kiana for going out of her way to research our range and get us the information we needed.

Really enjoyed working with Randy in Wasilla store.Ordered new oven and induction cooktop, cannot wait till it arrives and is installed! Excellent professional service and great advice on what I needed.
