Great experience buying my iPhone here—fast, efficient, and no issues even as a foreign visitor. The staff gave helpful advice, and after five months the phone is still working perfectly. The clear case has slightly yellowed as expected, but not a big deal.

Please be advised, just because you set up an appointment using the Apple Scheduling App, does not mean they can do the repair. Using their app requires entering the device model number and problem with it. Then you select a day and time. After receiving the appointment confirmation I drove to the store for the repair. Upon arrival they started out by trying to sell me a new phone. Once I declined they finally told me that they could not repair my phone even though they were aware of my phone model.

I want to say a big "Thank you" to Deloris and Jey. The first time, when I was buying a phone, Jey was extremely patient with the issues related to my account. He kept his cool and gave us all the time we needed to finish the process. Also, thank you to Deloris for helping me the second time I came in to trade my old phone. They truly define what it means to be patient, to do the job the right way, and to explain everything clearly whenever I had questions. I wish you both all the best!

Weirdly enough, when I want to download free apps, I kept getting notifications to use my credit card information to be billed. My other cell phone got hacked for me to not log in to my iPhone. I tried calling Apple customer service and they did not answer the phone every time I tried calling Apple support.

They take advantage of their customers because they are the only Apple store in Alaska. My new iphone had a software glitch and they made me purchase a whole new phone. And If you buy an Ipad they only replace batteries for the current year ipad.

Very disappointed in my visit. Took my device in to figure out what the issue was and the guy was not very friendly and was trying to make a sales pitch the entire time. Quoted me 800 dollars MINIMUM to fix my device and told me I should've had Apple care and that way it would've only been 300!!! Took my business elsewhere and got my device fixed to mint condition for only $75!!! Talk about a scam by apple but are we surprised?
