AutoZone Auto Parts

Autozone is my go to sore for my auto part needs. That being said, this store makes it difficult to return to for any kind of services. There are a few employees that work there that lack proper customer service etiquette. I will not be returning to this store for any services. I will be going out of my way to another store that has better customer service/interaction experience.

Went in for a couple items. Line was 4 customers deep. That was not an issue however. The clerk was bad mouthing about management to customers and said they need him more than he needs them. I do not think this is appropriate at the sales counter. I will not return. Store number 06106 transaction number 167704 08-03-2025

I had to replace a brake light and Paul was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did all the work (despite my offer to help) and patiently answered all of my (probably) annoying questions, which helped me learn. He even changed the other one too. Paul was a total gem.

When I went into the store looking for a part it was more expensive in the store then what it was online. When I came back and let them know that they caught me the difference in dealing with all the crap going on with my car that was the first good news I had all day. I appreciate the service

Needed a car battery changed - showed up with no appointment and was out before 20 minutes passed. Zakary was super helpful in picking out the battery I needed and changing it quickly. Thanks for the help!!

Paul S assisted me finding exactly what the job needed. I was in & out in no time. Got back to the repair & finished the work quickly & correctly !

Ron at the Old Seward store wass very helpful and got me taken care of even when i didn’t have a receipt handy for one of my items, we got it returned without further issue and he also took care of a warranty item with a quickness. He was very nice and helpful!!!
