While shopping at Lowes I came across some supposed clearance home security items google nest, google doorbell, nest hub. Very very clearly marked as clearance for .2 cents even says what the original prices marked as. Waited probably 10 to 15 minutes for an associate to open the case he was helpful but when asked about the price although he agreed that it clearly said .2 cents he called the manager who refused to sell them at the price clearly displayed. They where in fact not on clearance at all. She did not attempt to correct the misleading display just refused to sell them was very very rude and offered no solution. The woman who helped us at self check out was very friendly helpful and had a great attitude. That’s why lowes is getting 2 stars

Multiple issues 1. Finding people to help in this store is next to impossible. Heaven forbid you do find someone they have no idea what you’re talking about even when it is their section. 2. Delivery from the store is a nightmare. They will change the delivery date the day of delivery and not give you any notification so you will sit at your house all day waiting for an item that is never going to arrive. This has happened twice now with pipe and with a snow thrower. With the snow thrower, I was actually at the store and picked it out, but they sold the one that I had purchased to someone else and weren’t going to have any new ones in stock for several more weeks. 3. They don’t update the item prices in their store. They have sale prices advertised for items that haven’t been in stock for months, but the sticker is on items that are new so if you take it to the front you are being charged full price not the sale price for the item you thought you were getting. On Saturday, 11/01, my family and I arrived at Lowe’s around 2:30 PM to purchase a dishwasher and other items. By 4:54 PM, everything had been scanned and we were ready to pay—including the dishwasher. The final step was verifying my military discount, but there was a technical issue linking my Lowe’s account with my military status. I needed a moment to check my email, but the associate assisting us abruptly said he had to leave. He didn’t offer to call anyone else or ensure we’d be helped. We asked him to page another associate over the overhead speaker. He took the dishwasher back, and we waited about 15 minutes—no one came. I checked the phone’s call history and redialed the overhead speaker myself, asking again for help at the appliance desk. Still, no one showed up after another 10 minutes. I had to Google the store’s phone number and call the customer service desk directly. Only then did someone come to help. That someone was Al Yasa from the tools department—and he completely turned our experience around. I explained everything to him, and he listened patiently. He helped us scan our items, including adding the 3-year warranty on our dishwasher, and even assisted us in loading it into our truck. Al Yasa went above and beyond, and I truly believe he deserves a raise and recognition as Employee of the Month. We spent over $800 and were in the store for more than 3 hours. While the initial experience was disappointing and made us feel undervalued, Al Yasa’s kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Because of him, we will continue shopping at our regular Lowe’s. Please recognize Al Yasa—and I hope no other customer has to go through what we did.

It truly pains me to write this review. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over 20 years. I’ve celebrated life’s milestones—weddings, divorces, baby showers, bridal showers—with the employees here. Over time, we became like family. Unfortunately, things have changed. The store is now mismanaged, frequently understocked, and often without enough staff to assist customers. I’ve been in three separate times trying to sign up for a blind detail while they were on sale. This is now the second time I’ve paid for the detail and never received a follow-up for a quote—only for the sale to end before anything could move forward. It’s extremely frustrating. Tonight was the final straw. I found two garden décor items stacked together in the clearance area, tagged at $34. They were already assembled as one piece. I scanned the item, paid, and was walking out when an employee chased me down, loudly accusing me in front of everyone of ringing it up incorrectly. I had no idea the item was priced "per panel"—there was one tag, and I scanned it. Instead of addressing it calmly, the employee made a public scene, telling me I should’ve scanned it three times. I’ve seen thousands of dollars of merchandise walk out of that store unchecked—people shoplifting openly—and yet I, a long-time customer, was singled out and humiliated over their mistake tied to their price tag. the top it off he made me wait 10 minutes while He pulled the car up to make sure my husband didn’t walk off with the item. while he refunded me. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and hurtful. I’ve supported this store for two decades, but after tonight, I won’t be coming back.

I was disconnected by a manager who declined to assist me in locating my purchase history and facilitating warranty repairs for my appliances. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, the representative who answered my call was unhelpful and placed me on an excessively long hold, which was inconsistent with my initial call. This experience was profoundly unprofessional, and I will refrain from making future appliance purchases at Lowe’s.

Holden at Old Seward store anchorage Alaska needs a kudos from management. The guy scoots around the store and gets anything requested. Always polite ....a great way to keep customers. This is not a one time interaction either, he has always been great to approach and Always takes care of me.

Lowe's hired a guy away from HD contractors counter named Tim. If your a contractor and need anything go see this guy. He's been doing contractors sales for years and understands the process. He will get whatever you need at the best price possible. Give TIM a try, you won't regret it !!!!
