We had Jeff tow our snap on tool box and large safe today. He’s absolutely amazing! He’s kind and very well organized and timely. He was cautious and mindful about not scratching or denting either. Kelly Mogg with Midnight Sun Towing does fantastic work! Very professional and super personable at the same time! Nobody likes having to get towed, but he made the experience equatable to being picked up by a friend and the ride home flew by. The customer service is awesome. Jeff delivered our 1959 ford truck, it arrived on time and in great condition! He understood how important this vehicle was to us and treated it as if it was his. Super happy and we will absolutely be using their services. Highly recommend them!!!

My car wouldn’t turn over and after multiple days of trying I finally caved and called for a tow. Jeff showed up on time and after a quick chat, he was actually able to get my car running! I don’t know what magic he worked, but not needing a tow made my entire week run a little smoother. I hope I don’t need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call. Very professional and helpful.

We all have bad days, some people have worse days than others. We were fine physically after a low-speed busted axle, though the front end of our truck wasn’t. When Jeff showed up to help, he was dealing with a couple people (us) who were shaken up and kind of confused, and his priority was making sure things got to a better place. Tow truck professionals, EMTs, and other emergency service workers are often the first on a scene where something has gone down, and they rarely get credit for the essential role they play in getting people back to a good place, whatever that looks like. Jeff is among the best of the best and rightfully earns the praise of people like me who choose to leave voluntary reviews like this. I see I’m not alone. We’d all be better off with more folks like him, who give off the vibe that helping people comes first, above their vehicles (and obviously does a great job with both).

From a broke leg to my Jeep burning up to loosing my good tools in said fire absolutely nothing went wrong dealing with Midnight sun towing. Lucky it was my work truck and not my "daily driver". Very professional crew from the big guy in the yard who was way cool to the very well spoken woman on the phone( Izzy?)all were patient with me. Thank you.
