I always thought the Alaskan life to be separate from the mainland and more gracious for our earth and community. People from Alaska should KNOW organic produce is not an easy feat! This is the only store anywhere close by with this product or in the totality of Alaska basically and they leave poor reviews about the most irrelevant things. I on the other hand am grateful and glad to have this store at my disposal. As should all of us!

The Natural Pantry has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Anchorage! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care that goes into everything—from the clean, calming atmosphere to the thoughtfully curated selection of natural and organic products. They have everything you could want: fresh produce, local goods, supplements, and specialty items you can’t find anywhere else. Plus, the staff is always kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing and the people they serve. If you're into wellness, clean eating, or just want to shop somewhere that feels good—this is your place! ✨

Everyone recommends the store but I'm not sure why it's dirty and crowded and most of it is just filled with boxes and empty sections they are using for storage. Everything on the shelves looks like it's been sitting there for 20 years it's hard to find what you're looking for and there's no one to help you as you go through the aisles it feels like a refugee Food Bank some kind of War camp I won't be going back there I spent almost $200 on produce at the store and it was already beat up looking when I bought it they could do better if they're not using parts of the store then they should at least keep it clean and uncluttered decorated or something there's a whole Deli counter section that just look like a tornado went through it and you're not sure if other parts of the store open I was trying to look for some body care supplies and it looks like they just had a truck pull up and slide everything off the back of the truck.. the entire store looks like this. It's not a pleasant experience. I will happily buy the GMOs than to go through this again

The Natural Pantry has, by far, the best selection of organic, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan foods in the city. They are conveniently located in midtown and boast everything from prepared salads and a bakery to vegan makeup and aroma therapy oils. Their fruit and vegetable selection is varied and they carry several Kosher products as well. Even though the store is the same size as a chain grocery, the staff make it feel like a small local market. The are running a clothing drive (for new sweatshirts, boots, gloves, socks, etc.). So if you are headed that way during July 2020 bring what you can along.

The Natural Pantry has some unique products, but the high prices don’t always match the quality. Customer service felt indifferent and at times rude, making for an unpleasant visit. The store layout was cluttered, making it hard to find things. On top of that, an awkward encounter with the owner’s son made me feel unwelcome. Two stars for selection, but I won’t be returning.

AK Booze Review

Natural pantry is good. Had to find help to get a vitamin that didn't contain Glycerin in it, since apparently all vitamin capsules contain this plasticity agent. Also was hoping to find an all natural shampoo and conditioner, but all the ones I found had either fragrance added to them, or something else that wasn't recognizable. Kind of wish they had a section in each area or label for each item stating "All natural" or "100% natural". Would make shopping in a limited time frame easier. But lots of natural items available, so better than the other options locally. Just have to read labels carefully.

Spendy but lots of cool options. I wish the cafe and salad bar came back. Feels like there is a lot of boxes sitting around. Beginning to remind me of the old location where things were kind of falling apart.
