We enjoy shopping at this location. They have rental equipment on site now. This is a new feature.

I LOVE THE STAFF! The staff make Home Depot. They have a top down attitude of being helpful, especially perhaps to me, a Senior Vet with a broken body, they are so kind and willing. The products are great, but products you can get anywhere, help like this? Not So ! UPDATE May 21st, 2025 Still Superb. Wonderful new stock in the Garden Center

I like Lowes better. The atmosphere and colors. The bathrooms are better too but Home adept is still a really good and just as an excellent choice. It just comes down to personal preference or which store you have visited more often. They both have the same things. Still a top notch store regardless.

Ordered 102 cases of flooring. An issue came up with the system and the order never got placed with the manufacturer, which was a bummer and was going to push this project back another 6 weeks. I got to talk to one of the managers, Michelle, and other staff who were very professional and caring. They went to work and in a matter of hours had found everything we needed & got it to us as quickly as possible. While the system error caused problems, the staff at this HD location kicked it into high gear to problem solve and that is worth 5-stars. We didn’t have to wait the full 6 weeks.

Had absolutely worst experience at this store. Waited over a hour for Adrianna the "cabinet specialist " Only for her to be over 30mins late to our 2pm appointment. She finally arrived looking like she was high and with food all over her face.The whole time I waited numerous customers waited with questions that apparently only she could answer . When I asked to speak to Nic the poor manager he looked so stressed and was swamped with other angry customers. I have always been a loyal customer to Home depo but here I am on my way to Lowe's.

I had a disappointing experience at the south anchorage store. A tool was clearly marked as free with the purchase of batteries, but when I attempted to check out, the promotion was not honored. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the manager, Jesse, was rude and dismissive, refusing to take any ownership for what amounted to false advertising. He simply said a contractor puts up the signs and it’s not his problem. I expect better accountability and customer service from a company like Home Depot. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I can rely on this store in the future.

Walked in with every intention of buying a dishwasher, and never have I felt such indifference from employees about making a sale. Between long wait time for help (over 30 minutes when actively trying to flag/page an appliance associate), to them not being proficient on their own inventory software (15 minutes to figure out the store had no new inventory), unwilling to sell the display model, and finally having no system in place for them to check other Homedepot’s inventory. Their only "solution" was to have the werehouse drop the appliance off the following week; and their warehouse doesn’t allow customer pickup (I have limited days off, and work out of town. This was a task that was going to get done that day) Luckily Tudor HomeDepot has people that actually want to make a sale and after leaving Abbott store in absolute disgust they were able to confirm in a 5 minute phone call what Abbott wasn’t able to figure out in 1hr of being there in person. Long story short: either through indifference or incompetence the Abbott store wastes more time than it took me to purchase a dishwasher, drive home, and install it from another HomeDepot location.
