My experience with this company (while short) has been terrific. From the ease of reserving/renting my unit, to the super friendly service, to the completely reasonable rates; this company already has my loyalty. The maintenance man who opened it up for us was nice and even cleaned it out for us. The compound looks secure (perimeter and internal). And the woman in the office is very helpful and kind. Thanks Cost Less for making our transition to Arizona easier for us!

Seems like a good storage yard and the people I have spoken with were friendly and helpful. They managed helping me figure out something really important and from a far... and are great in customer service. Highly recommend.

I've used Cost Less Storage Solutions for three years. Rented two spots from them, one for my side by side and the other for my pontoon boat. Both have many dollars worth of extras on them. No one messed with my toys. If the wind blew my covers off staff would put them back on if they could, if not they would notify me. I will always recommend this storage place, affordable, secured and a very helpful and friendly staff.

This facility has the best prices I found anywhere! The staff is very helpful and Sherri was a pleasure to work with. Top notch! I will definitely give them my business again, when I have a need!

Cost less storage is great! We have our 5th wheel parked here and have for almost 3 years seasonally. This place is super accessible, convenient and great for us. The office staff is super friendly and super cool. I love the customer friendly things they do like their thermos cup give-away drawing. I actually won it one time and I have been using it for over a year. Love this place and highly recommend it!

She's very kind, sincere and always helpful. She's been very knowledgeable when answering questions and keeps everybody in the loop. All of the administrative tasks like payments, leases and so forth are handled in a timely manner with no issues. An excellently run and priced self-storage service provider in Apache Junction! I took a chance on them 2 years ago, and they've exceeded my expectations. Sherri at Cost Less Storage Solutions not only offered me the best price, but was able to quickly rectify auto-payment issues. She's very knowledgeable and professional. I could have selected a far closer facility in Mesa, but I have no regrets in my decision to choose to go with Cost Less Storage Solutions in Apache Junction. Highly recommended!
