They were great. Tested my old battery to make sure it needed replacing. I bought a battery and installed it into the box at home. Unfortunately we lost internet due to Frontier issues. And the Frontier technician stole my brand new battery with the box the very next day when I was out and my husband was not aware of what transpired. I called Frontier immediately the same day just 1 hour after the tech left. But Frontier never yet has returned my battery as promised. Be aware when dealing with Frontier! Universal Batteries however are great.

The woman that helped me was very friendly and found what I needed at a great price. Very nice place, will be back when I need batteries in the future.

About one week ago I purchased a car battery from this business and a few days later it broke down on me in middle of the street. I came back and asked for a new one, and left him $30 deposit until I was able to switch out the old one and brought it back to him. When I brought it back to him, he was extremely rude and refused to give me back my $30 deposit. I proceeded to call the owner of the business and explained the situation. He told me he would call me back and never did….

Great people and honest, I went to buy batteries but he tested mine first and he said they were good i didn't need to buy new ones thank you,

This place is awesome. I called, received 2 super thorough quotes from Fox. Came out to my home same day, installed my battery within 15 to 20 minutes, charged exactly what he said. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone! You're awesome Fox. Thank you!! 🙂
