⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Outstanding customer service, technical expertise, and genuine honesty I visited the Apple Store in Clarendon (Arlington, VA) on October 31st, 2025, after my MacBook Air (2019) suddenly stopped charging through both USB-C ports. I had already tried different chargers, outlets, and even an SMC reset, but nothing worked. The battery was down to about 30% and draining, so I needed same-day help before the laptop died completely. I arrived around 7 p.m., worried and fully prepared for the possibility of an expensive repair or even a full logic board replacement — and with no expectation that it would be ready the same day, especially on Halloween night. However, from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. It genuinely felt like entering a place where people care about you and are ready to help. I was first greeted by Woody, who was friendly, welcoming, and even spoke some Spanish, which I truly appreciated. Shortly after, Brad took over the diagnostic process and explained everything clearly and professionally: they would first test the charging port (a $114 replacement if needed), and if that didn’t solve the issue, they would move on to a power test to determine whether the logic board was damaged, which could cost around $348 plus labor. I braced myself for the worst — but less than ten minutes later, Brad returned with my laptop fully working. No part needed replacement. No fee. Just honest, knowledgeable, efficient service. They simply reset an internal component, the MacBook immediately began charging again, and they sent me on my way with a smile — without charging me anything at all. In a world where tech repairs often come with unnecessary costs or uncertainty, this team showed real professionalism and genuine customer care. That alone deserves recognition. Woody and Brad turned a stressful situation into a reassuring one, and I left not only with a functioning laptop, but with renewed trust in Apple’s service quality. Highly, highly recommended. If you need help with your Mac, skip the worry and go straight to the Clarendon Apple Store — you’ll be treated like family.
Shout out to Gabe at this location. Coolest and nicest guy I’ve met in an Apple Store. The man dragged me for having a 6s for so long, all good though cause he was right. Great customer service. Separately, low-key would be this guy’s friend. All the best!
I had an outstanding experience at Apple Clarendon. The service team provided a warm and welcoming environment and made me feel secure throughout my visit. Kori, Kelsey, Theo, and Landry went above and beyond, carefully addressing ALL my concerns with my apple devices. Despite the extended time required to address my technical issues, I was impressed by their professionalism, attentiveness, patience, and efficiency! They were able to support me while managing other customers, with the same level of care. I would highly recommend this location and its team for your Apple-related needs.
I had a terrible experience at the Apple Clarendon store. Moe welcomed me, and I told him twice that I didn’t remember my iCloud password and needed help transferring my data. He said it was no problem. After spending about 50 minutes buying a new iPhone 17 Pro and paying in full, he brought over a girl named Mary who rudely told me the store was closing in 4 minutes and I had to come back tomorrow. When I explained Moe wasted my time, she started lecturing me instead of helping. The manager didn’t seem to care, and the staff looked untrained. Very disappointing experience.
I am extremely disappointed with my visit to the Apple Store in Arlington. The level of customer service was shockingly poor. The staff completely ignored customers — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no offer of help or assistance. I waited for over 30 minutes without anyone noticing me. When I finally approached someone who introduced himself as a manager, instead of offering help or calling another associate, he immediately said he was busy with another customer. That kind of unprofessional attitude and lack of attention is unacceptable, especially for a company like Apple. When I asked how long I was supposed to wait, I got no clear answer — only excuses about being busy because of new product arrivals. My pickup appointment had to be canceled because no one cared enough to assist. This location clearly has a management issue and needs better staff training. Such a poor customer experience is not what Apple stands for. I hope Apple leadership takes action to address the lack of basic customer service standards at this store.
When you enter, it’s likely that no one will greet or help you. There is no clear area or person you should head to for help, and no staff will approach you even if you just stand around looking confused. I even tried to approach staff, who ignored me until I barged into their conversations - like I’m the one inconveniencing them. On top of that, they processed my iPhone upgrade program trade-in incorrectly, resulting in my loan being resumed, and now I need to set up another call with Apple to fix things. This is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had, period - I have better experiences at CVS.
Hard to find or talk to anyone . Everyone seems busy . No greetings , no "Hi" . U reach out and pay and leave . No guidance or help to explore the future or tech guideline . No price match . Apple u can do better
