Mr. Db not Helpful customer service I came about 25 minutes before they close. he’s standing talking in front of the door to one of Apple employee. I asked my son‘s phone will not turn on the Apple icom keeps turning on and off. He said no one of the technician At this time here And that he will schedule me for tomorrow. But he said is really simple and that I can do it at home " call Customer, service they will walk you through" I am assuming the process will take 10 minutes so shame on him and other three Apple customer services standing and talking. If that simple, a shame also that all employers more than eight fix why no one of them knows how to fix it for me, why I would need technician just one of them can give me 10 minutes and help me with that. after Finish talking to him He continue talking to the other guy next to him, It will be nice If he or ask someone to grab a laptop and help me with that.
So I see I’m not the only one with an horrible experience. I would NEVER come here again. I went in to get my phone replaced after coming from another VA store stating my phone was not repairable and needed to be replaced. I go here now I’m being told I need to repair it. As he’s saying that (Big guy short cut light skin heavyweight guy) he DROPS the phone and immediately put in for a replacement. Apple technicians give McDonald service. And I’m only stating this because I WAS A REPAIR TECH MYSELF. They go around in Circles and try to make you purchase more things instead of focusing on the issue at hand. But that’s not the WORST part. I had tape on my phone, YES that’s how badly my phone was broken up still is by the way and MORE due to him dropping it ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ and asked one of the techs (can’t give a name because SHE (short girl black roots orangey ends nastyyyy attitude I think she wear glasses) & the guy who dropped my phone BOTH refused to give names due to me stating I was going to write a review). Got mad because I asked for a replacement and told her not to take the tape off my phone THIS GIRL LITERALLY WALKS OFF & say wait for a new technician then. Like what in the…. That literally could’ve been my reason right there. WHEN YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is obvious, SERVE & BE NICE & BE PATIENT WITH THE CUSTOMERRRRRRRRRRRRR. But granted I have to go BACK to this SAME STORE WHO REFUSED TO GIVE NAMES BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE & breaking my phone MOREEEEE because they aren’t doing the basics which is giving GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did nothing wrong but asked for the tape to not be removed until they figured out the next steps now I’m stuck with this phone for 2-3 days and it’s WORST than when I came in. Thank you apple for alwayssss hiring people who know how to pressure sell and not get it done or take years to. Thank you!!! I love it 🙂 last upgrade for sure. Please for the love of GOD someone come out with a better software I promise you you’ll have a loyal customer.
The team here told me they wouldn’t give me anything for my iPhone 14 Pro even though the estimated value was $250-$350 online, they offered me $0 and told me to recycle it there with them. I refused and went across the street to Best Buy where I received $200 for it instead. Apple’s customer service is trash.
Shame ((Steven,Eric ,Mike )))I recently bought an iPhone 17 from this store, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The salesperson was extremely rude and disrespectful. He didn’t ask me any questions, didn’t provide important information before charging me, and didn’t even help set up my new phone. When I asked for his name, everyone on the team gave me different answers — one said Eric, another said Mike, and he told me his name was Steven. The whole group was laughing like it was a joke. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see such poor service and lack of accountability. Shame on the leadership and management for allowing this kind of attitude in their store.
Do not make an appointment to get an iPhone repair here. I made an appointment for a battery repair for 6:30 pm on a Thursday. I took off time from my second job to do it and battled traffic in Pentagon City only to be told that they were fully booked for the rest of the night. Why the heck do you allow customers to make appointments if you’re not going to honor them? When I checked yesterday, there were appointments available through 8:30 pm. I was told that I should come back in two weekends, which given my this experience, might be a waste of time. The only reason that I’m giving two stars and not zero (though negative would be appropriate because I had to pay for parking and gas) is because the Apple Store attendant, Elliot, was lovely. He tried to problem solve and he asked his manager to give me a discount (of course the answer is no). I’m honestly flabbergasted by this complete and total lack of respect for their customers. For the price of their products, Apple needs to do better.
4 hours for battery replacement. Made an appointment and it still took 4 hours. I can get a car engine swapped faster. They were 20mins late to my "genius" appointment and the repair was 20mins delayed passed the original proposed time. Seek alternate avenues. Staff were friendly.
I bought an iPhone 17 here and had the worst customer service ever. The salesperson, Steven, was rude, disrespectful, and didn’t help set up my phone. The rest of the team gave me different names, so I don’t even know who he really was. Completely unprofessional—shame on the management for allowing this kind of behavior.
